in Avicnna causation is the relationship between caus and effect and this relation is a reality in the foreign world, but it’s being in the outside is not in a way that be Intelligible by the senses or it is not sensible. For him, the concept of causality is the second type of philosophical concepts or categories that is in the outside, but not as a separate entity, independent of instances. So intuitive tool path can never be reached, but the foreign relations of organisms can be discovered this being. in Aristotle philosophy there isn’t any searches about the causation relationship and always this is the cause which is important for the philosopher and make him to searches it’s being in the outside. Which is in the outside and it’s concept is a type of the first concepts is cause, not causation; so causation is not under the substantial or accidental categories, so is not in the outside. so Aristotle try to prove the existence of the causes(for causes) in the outside.

The analysis of human knowledge has enjoyed a particular importance in the light of scientific and philosophical findings during the past centuries. Seeking a path toward the truth of religious beliefs and meaningfulness of metaphysical propositions is a major part of western epistemology as religious propositions are out of the access of human external senses. This essay rereads the ideas of Avicenna on the knowledge of incorporeal substances and after assaying the process of genesis of religious knowledge according to Avicenna seeks to highlight Avicennan model of epistemology among other models. According to peripatetic philosophers, knowledge is the presence of form of objects in mind which is done through an encounter with the external object and abstraction of its sensible form. But we have no encounter with the incorporeal entity. Then how could we have knowledge of transphysical realities? In Avicennan philosophy connecting oneself to an incorporeal entity (Active Intellect) is the key to the enigma of this type of knowledge. Most of the scholars have declared Avicenna an evidentialist philosopher as he seeks to demonstrate his belief upon evidences he offers. However, since his epistemology is based on connecting oneself with the Active Intellect one can call Avicennan epistemic method the illuminationist evidentialism. Thus we make Avicenna's model for epistemology distinguished from other alternative models.

This Paper deals with the thinking of Duns Scotus on "speaking of God". This issue in the field of contemporary knowledge is located in the subject "language of religion". He, under influence of Islamic important philosopher Avicenna and on the basis of univocation of “being”, believes to the language of univocation in speaking of God. Scotus discusses the issue of speaking of God, in the division of human knowledge to natural and supernatural knowledge. He regards the concept of "infinite being" as most complete concept that human can have from God in the stage of natural (rational) knowledge and by means of it he can speak of God. But according to Scotus, the true knowledge (i.e. the knowledge that lacks the deficiency and ambiguity) to God and other issues like trinity, incarnation and … in Christianity, is possible only by means of the supernatural (reveled) knowledge. So he pursues a fideist approach in these issues, although he affirms argumentation and demonstration to – and hence speaking of– some revealed data about God. A comparison of viewpoints of Scotus and Avicenna in the supernatural knowledge will show their similarities and differences in rationalism and possibility of speaking of revealed truth.

vicenna considers poetry as one of the five logical arts having main characteristics which can be influential in transmitting culture, education and evaluating society members. According to his view, As a result of containing some qualities including imitation and rhythmical composed, it can be imaginative and joyful. He believed there are two reasons attracting people to poetry: 1)Enjoying from imitation or mimesis. 2)Enjoying from compatibly composing of rhythmic words which is well-matched with human's nature. The most important effect of poem is its capacity to provoke the audience's imagination and permanently guides her from the stage of imagery which is so pleasant and joyful, to the stage of perception of deep concepts and meanings. Thus, in more conventional knowledge where demonstration, rhetoric and dialectic have less benefit, the style of poetry is preferable. Also, common sense accepts the poems better. Consequently, poetry is a suitable way in protecting and evaluating culture.

Ibn Sina’s theory of efficient causality includes the definitions of metaphysical and natural efficient causes. In the first section، these definitions and two theses about their relation will be introduced. َAccording to the first thesis، natural efficient causes do not bestow existence and therefore they are not metaphysical. The alternative thesis defends bestowing existence by natural efficient causes، although this ontological status is restricted only to conferring existence of motion. In the second section، I will argue that، according to Ibn Sina، natural causes bestow existence and therefore they are metaphysical. To do that، textual evidence and second definition of efficient causality will be appealed. Bestowing existence by natural efficient causes threatens، prima facia، Ibn Sina''s theory of divine causality as a deistic theory. However، I will finally try to show that bestowing existence by natural causes leads to a theory which respects special divine action، and so it is not deistic.

The problem of evil is one of the most important philosophical problem that it show in different ways and it criticize to religious teachings. Augustine and Avicenna to overcome on the problem of evil used from solution of non-existence evil. But can this solution include all manifestations of evil? non-existence evil’s theory of Avicenna, solve some instances of evil and he uses from the best system for perceptual evil. Augustine's theory because of say all evils are non-existence and he refers all of them to "sin", is unrealistic and it have internal conflict. Avicenna's theory seems more success in solve the problem of evil because he uses from different solutions.

the role of persuasion in human intentional actions in Farabie's and Avicennan's view is important in attention to emotional tendency's in audience. active and emotional mode of persuasion cause the consideration of persuasion as the motivation for human intentional actions. the majority of commoners in society and their consequence of appetence in their actions disclose the role of the stimulation in the production of human intentional actions and in emotional mode point the theoretical and actual consequence of affections. Farabie's and Avicennan's specification in the importance of appetence in human actions in psychological cognition in one aspect cause the attention in stimulation (as the internal motivation) and in other aspect provide the affective qualities provide the affairs such as tranquility of the soul requisite field for the production of the human intentional actions. thus the persuasion create stimulation and it is important in tow aspect: 1- in affirmative mode with create the tendency and appetence toward actions 2- in negative aspect with remove the emotional obstacles such as alienation and disinterest of the audience in intentional actions.
