    Evolution process of bureacracy in Aqa Mohammad Khan era and first decade of Fatali Shah reign have been covered in the article. The author then surveys the impact of broadening foreign relations on establishment of modern civic institutions, and development in state structure in another three decades of Fatali Shah’s tenure. He reviews Abbas Mtrza’s role in reforming pri­mary bureacratic system, and eventually explains the system in Mohammad Shah’s reign

    As soon as Dar-ul-fonoon school was set up, western culture and civilization penetrated in Iran, and modern medicine was felt as a need in Iranian Society. As modem medicine stepped in, the Community was partly changed and hygienic principles of mouth & teeth became important.In Qajar’s era, keeping their own jobs, barbers and public bath-workers, worked as dentist and orthopaedist, and so forth. The article, referring to historical records, discusses the employment and influence of European dentists in Qajar's Courts. The records show that Swedish doctor, Bertrand Batiste Ansgarius Heibnet, namely Mosann-AI-Saltane arrived in Iran from Gilan in Naser- Al-Din Shah’s reign. The doctor stayed in the country for 35 years, and according to documents, he pioneered modern dentistry for the first time in Iran.

    Concubine of Naser-AI-Din Shah, Monir-AI-Saltane, gave birth to Kamran Mirza Nayeb-AI-Saltane in 1856, She was a talented lady.
    Every year in the birth anniversary of Hazrat Zahra (PBUH), Monir arranged a splendid cer­emony.
    Kamran Mirza was chosen as viceroy to Naser-AI-Din Shah's regin, when he was three. Again, in 1861, six-year-old K amran appointed to Tehran's governorship. In 1872, when the King 's son was 16, he married Sorrour-AI-Dowleh, daughter of Sultan Morad Mirza Hesam-AI-Din, known as conquerer of Herat. The wedding ceremony was a glorious one, arranged in several days, and Naser-AI-Din Shah depicted his observations in the party. He has writen about fireworks, lights, wrestlings, acrobats, singers, Dowry’s transfer to bride-groom’s house, the way it was taken, dying hands of the bridegroom by Henna, a special ceremony for foreign ambassadors, and Naser-AI-Din Shah's introducing of the couple to each other. The article has re-writen, edited and appeared the whole writings of the Shah.

    Activities of Christian missions, above all French missions, e.g. Lazarists, Benevolent Sisters, Carms, etc, in religious, educational, and medical sectors in 19th century in Iran, which led to establishment of various charitable centers, religious Schools, and Paying more attention to Patients, were of great importance. The Paper briefly explains the top measures mentioned, and considering National Archive "s records, tells the benevolent activities of one of the survivors of “ Benevolent Sisters “ mission in the world War II in Iran. Incidentally, “ B.S “ records and the Papers related to the alms, received by the French mission, enclosed the article.

    Iran’s National Movement, led by Dr. Mohammad Mosaddegh, and Ayatollah Seyyed Abul- ghasem Kashani, which was considered to cut Britain's hands from Iran’s oil resources, and to achieve independence, mobilized all national groups and parties to help the Movement gain its objectives. Among the said groups, Toude party and its labour union, namely Central Unity Coun­cil, chose a different way and left the apparent coalition. The article attempts to explain Toude party and “ C.U.S “ ‘s role in a challenge, emerged between National Government and Oil Com­pany, and tell how Toude took advantage of the labourers Ito neutralize National Movement.

    The article discusses subjective issues in Oral History. Oral History, as a modem and different way of record's creation has been brought about new horizons in recent decades. In this method of capturing historical events, People are equally Provided with Opportunities to transfer their experiences. In this way, records Production steps outside official track, and covers ordinary People as well. Although, the Process is deeply rooted in our chronology, especially in Islamic Period, this has been heeded rarely in modern dialog.
    New Productions of this chronology method have made their way gradually among other records, however, discussions on reasons of the new method have not been looked into sufficiently. There­fore, the Paper examines the Precedents of the chronology, Oral History and its significance on the one hand, and on the other, reviews the level of credibility, considered for Oral records and ultimately Oral History.

    Vaghf is a Prominent sign of benevolence, giving aid to human being, Promoting Islamic community' s objectives, and regulating social and economic affairs. The admirable tradition has long been commonplace in Iran, and emerged as a new one, when Islam was introduced to the country. The article has mentioned related verses and Hadiths as well. The vaghf Process was improved in Safavid Era, and an organized administration was set up to manage the tradition at the time.
    Therefore,the author briefly enumerates Astane-Quds Endowment in neighboring states,
    Imam Reza (PBUH) Endowments used to be quiet a few, hence after severe changes in geopoli­tics, there remained many endowments in Afghanistan, Kharazm, and Mavara-un-Nahr, and Caucasus, used to be in Khorasan region, and under Astane-Quds Razavi.

    Commenting on intelligent monitoring of electronic records in digital era is an objective of the article.
