    With the rapid expansion of the information on the Internet, recommender systems play an important role in terms of trade and research. Recommender systems try to guess the user's way of thinking, using the in-formation of user's behavior or similar users and their views, to discover and then propose a product which is the most appropriate and closest product of user's interest. In the past decades, many studies have been done in the field of recommender systems, most of which have focused on designing new recommender algorithms based on computational intelligence algorithms. The success of a recommender system besides the quality of the algorithm depends on other factors such as: Sparsity, Cold start and Scalability in the performance of a recommender system, which can affect the quality of the recommendation. Consequently, the main motivation for this research is to providing an effective meta heuristic algorithm based on a combination of imperialist competitive and firefly algorithms using clustering technique. The simulation results of the proposed algorithm on real data sets Move Lens and Film Trust have shown better forecast accuracy in the item recommendation to users than other algorithms presented in subject literature. Also the proposed algorithm can choose appropriate items among the wide range of data and give it to output in a reasonable time.

    In this paper, a numerical solution of an inverse non-dimensional heat conduction problem by spline method will be considered. The given heat conduction equation, the boundary condition, and the initial condition are presented in a dimensionless form. A set of temperature measurements at a single sensor location inside the heat conduction body is required. The result show that the proposed method can predict the unknown parameters in the current inverse problem with an acceptable error.

    The arc costs are assumed to be online parameters of the network and decisions should be made while the costs of arcs are not known. The policies determine the permitted nodes and arcs to traverse and they are generally defined according to the departure nodes of the current policy nodes. In on-line created tours arc costs are not available for decision makers. The on-line traversed nodes are fixed and unchangeable for the next times. A discrete time Markov chain is established in on-line policy times. Then, the best state is selected to traverse the next node by a simulated annealing heuristic.

    Trip distribution deals with estimation of trips distributed among origins and destinations and is one of the important stages in transportation planning. Since in the real world, trip distribution models often have more than one objective, multi-objective models are developed to cope with a set of conflict goals in this area. In a proposed method of adapted non-dominated sorting algorithm (ANSA) is introduced and applied on a multi objective trip distribution model. The objectives considered are: (1) maximization of the interactivity of the system, (2) minimization of the generalized costs and (3) minimization of the deviation from the observed year. in proposed ANSA using the sorting process of NSGA II and two proposed adapted operators a new adapted algorithm is introduced and applied to solve the three-objective model. To test the performance of the proposed algorithm, a set of Hong Kong data is used and results of applying proposed algorithm is compared to other models of the literature. The results show that proposed algorithms has better performance rather than the algorithms of the literature.

    This paper focuses on studying the interval continuous-time algebraic Riccati equation A∗X XA Q − XGX = 0, both from the theoretical aspects and the computational ones. In theoretical parts, we show that Shary’s results for interval linear systems can only be partially generalized to this interval Riccati matrix equation. We then derive an efficient technique for enclosing the united stable solution set based on a modified variant of the Krawczyk method which enables us to reduce the computational complexity, significantly. Various numerical experiments are also given to show the efficiency of proposed scheme.

    This paper deals with a new approach for solving fuzzy differential equations based on genetic programming. This method produces some trial solutions and seeks the best of them. If the solution cannot be expressed in a closed analytical form then our method produces an approximation with a controlled level of accuracy. Furthermore, the numerical results reveal the potential of the proposed approach.
