The parts manufacturing companies should select a proper strategy according to their current and future environmental conditions and capabilities to survive and thrive in competitive market. To help the companies to select the best strategy the current paper proposes a model. The model is developed using a number of strategic tools, including TOPSIS, SWOT analysis and Six Paths Framework to Formulate Blue Ocean Strategy. Finally, based on the study results, the paper proposes the best strategy for Salim Company. Although this paper covers the case of one company, the model presented here can help other companies to select the best available strategy .

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of corporate governance mechanisms in preventing the bankruptcy of companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange. For this purpose, corporate governance mechanisms, including institutional ownership, non-executive members of the board, CEO dual responsibility and free float stock are determined as independent variables and Bankruptcy based on the Spring ate model is determined as the dependent variable. The Spring ate model was used to evaluate institutional ownership, non-executive members of the board, CEO duality and free-floating share. The findings have mostly supported the hypothesis during the study period. Institutional ownership and non-executive board members have negative and free-floating shares have positive relationship with bankruptcy. Our model did not find a significant relationship between CEO duality and bankruptcy. Although, we cant rule out the possibility of any effects CEO duality might have.

This study presents a framework for calculating the risk of various projects, especially projects under uncertain circumstances. First, the related literature is reviewed and then the relationship between risk and projects is examined. Using a case study an approach is provided to determine the project risk in uncertain circumstances where sufficient data is not available for decision-making. In the new proposed method, instead of using a purely qualitative method, Dempster-Shafer theory has been used because of the limited data for decision making. Finally, the proposed method is examined based on a construction company and the results are presented.

In recent years, the construction of commercial complexes has been increasingly grown across the country. However, only some of them have been successful to accommodate a large number of visitors while others are constantly changing the commercial units’ use. Meanwhile the lack of demand for commercial units in the form of multi-purpose complexes as well as recent general recession in the country’s economy has deteriorated this situation. Therefore, the main problem of this research is to provide a model for the success of the commercial complexes based on the local approach. Grounded theory method has been used in order to theorize and identify the dimensions of the model. Then the qualitative proposed model is tested and implemented in a commercial complex in Tehran. The model dimensions and their relationships are confirmed based on exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling.

DEA Classic models cannot be used for inaccurate and indeterminate data, and it is supposed that the data for all inputs and outputs are accurate and determinate. However, in real life situations uncertainty is more common. This article attempts to get the common weights for Decision-Making Units by developing DEA multi-objective models in the grey environment. First, we compute the privilege of DMUs efficiency to receive more accurate ranking. Finally, in order to assess the results, an example is presented to compare the results of the DMUs ranking between DEA Classic models and the presented model.
