Internal forces such as managers with strategic intelligence and staff with entrepreneurial behaviour have forced organizations to constantly monitor their surrounding environment in order to create an awareness of opportunities and threats to allow them to survive in the competitive environment. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between strategic intelligence and organizational development with intermediation of entrepreneurial behavior and moderator role of demographic characteristics in public organizations in Iran (Office of Cooperatives Labor and Social Welfare). To fulfill the purpose of this study 274 staff were selected from among a total number of 480 population based on stratified sampling through Cochran formula. Descriptive and inferential statistics were obtained uisng SPSS 22 software and Lisrel8.5. The results confirmed that there was a positive significant relationship between SI-OD; SI-EB and EB-OD. However, the moderator variables including demographic characteristics had no effect on SI - OD and SI-EB relations. Only gender had effect on SI-EB relationship. Finally, the research conceptual model was verified after removing specific components of dimensions.

The life of many people in the world is under the danger because of the accidents and unpredicted diseases, which require relief. Since, most of such cases occur in unpredictable condition, for an appropriate planning, the uncertain conditions should be investigated. Consequently, this paper investigates the integrated and multi-step process of locating, assigning and routing the air and land emergencies in the uncertain conditions in order to reach the stable solution that faces minimum changes against different conditions. In the presented model, the emergency demand is defined in the stochastic and fuzzy environment in order to show the actual conditions. The findings indicate that the models intend to create an optimum balance between cost minimization and increasing the demand satisfaction rate. However, in general conditions, the decisions should be made considering the exisitng conditions.

Customer service is increasingly being recognized as a source of competitive advantage. Determining customer needs accurately, meeting and exceeding them in a consistent manner is the key to the effective customer service. Companies should adapt a strategic, proactive focus on customer service based on understanding logistics process and designing logistics system to meet their needs. This paper provides an approach based on quality function deployment (QFD) to rank strategic actions to improve logistics service and addresses issue of how to deploy house of quality (HOQ) to effectively and efficiently improve logistics process and customer satisfaction. In data collecting, fuzzy logic is used to deal with ill-defined nature of qualitative linguistic judgments required in proposed HOQ. Finally, we found that JIT implementation has highest priority in strategy actions with inventory management and demand-forecasting method coming next.

Considering the fact that natural gas is a widely used energy source, the prediction of its consumption can be useful (Derek LAM, 2013). As Iran has one of the largest gas reserves in the world, its consumption in the country can affect the worldwide price of gas, Therefore, the current research is useful both from economic and environmental point of view.
The goal of the study is to select the best model for the prediction of gas consumption. To achieve the goal time series analysis are used. The findings indicate that ARIMA (0, 1, 0) is the best model for the prediction of annual gas consumption, while SARIMA (1, 0, 0) (1, 1, 0) for the prediction of monthly gas consumption

Taiwan economy has always been export-oriented, creating tightly-linked industrial chains between cross-straits companies tightly. Understanding the influence of transforming industrial patterns of major economic entities would be critical for long-term cooperative small economic entities (countries or regions) in the periphery. The author of this paper has thus analyzed the influences and impacts of Mainland China’s Twelfth Five Year Plan on Taiwan economics by input-output table. Impacts to cross-strait business chain were then assessed using the model of Mainland Chinese export substitution of Taiwanese counterparts. The results of this study show that under the trend of industrial restructuring in mainland China, the impact on Taiwan's GDP is about 0.65%. At the same time affect the distribution of labor market in our country, we must do as soon as possible

The maturity of employee knowledge management is a systematic effort to develop, promote, and apply knowledge of organizations in order to achieve success and goals that can have a significant impact on the quality of services as well as the development of organizational innovation. The present study deals with the assessment of personnel’s knowledge management maturity and the instructional service quality in Islamic Azad University of Kerman. Questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument. Research population consisted of 300 personnel of Azad University of Kerman, and the sample size was 271. The structural equation model was used for the assessment of the relationship between personnel knowledge management maturity and instructional services quality. The results indicated that there was a positive relationship between instructional services quality and knowledge management maturity.

Saffron, as one of the most expensive agricultural product around the world, has an important place among Iran’s non-oil exports. Therefore, it is important to solve the problems in Iran's saffron industry as the world’s largest saffron producer. Thus, this study attempts to identify the challenges that directly and indirectly affect the saffron industry and cause stagnation. The challenges have been identified and ranked considering the cause-effect relationships between these challenges and the experts’ opinion in this field using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). The results of the study show that the absence of the plan of the saffron industry development in the country’s budget plan and budget allocation, lack of a holistic and long-term vision and transitional decisions taken by the state managers and policy-makers, multiplicity of policy-making centers and lack of interaction between them are the most important challenges in the saffron industry. Finally, appropriate management strategies have been proposed to help saffron industry achieve stable conditions.
