    Human resources is one of the most valuable properties of organizations in the modern world. Its quality is more important than its quantity. Growing and developing of this resource need to be dynamic and updated. Target based education, promotion of knowledge, abilities and skills are the keys for training the human resource. Through this approach, many of the organizations spends lots of monies to train and develop their human resources by holding various courses. It is not enough, just to hold these courses for gaining to the goal. Systematic monitoring of education courses and assessmentof their effectiveness can be as a guarantee of the organizations goals in this field. This article, studies the assessment of effectiveness of education course entitled “social work and rehabilitationcourse “in BonyadShahid Organization and has used the 4-Level Kirkpatrick model to reach the results. In any level of assessment, depending to the goals, the various toolssuch as questionnaires or semi-structures interviews has used and the sample is selected according to the level of the learners or upstream manager trainees within the organization. Based on the results more than 80% of learners(in level of action) are satisfied about the quality of the education course. In the level of training about 90% of the course goals are achieved and the content of the course has evaluated effectively. In the level of behavior, the effect of course in changing the behavioral work of the learners is called effective, according to the more than 50% of their responses, and overall half of the respondents said that the course is beneficial and effective for their organization.

    Nowadays IT and ICT has affected all of the human life aspects including learning. It has caused that most of the universities and education institutes utilize the e-learning facilities to attract more learners. Despite heavy investment in the field of e-learning, some of the studies report dissatisfaction and dropout by students. The aim of this study is to recognize effective factors on the continuity in tendency of using of E-learning systems among the university students. The conceptual research model developed based on the information system success models of Delone and Mclean and organizational justice theory. It could be evaluated as the idea of learners for the continuity on using of e-learning systems. Statistical population of the research is the student of e-learning courses of Farabi Campus, University of Tehran. Finally, 433 questionnaire from the students have collected. For the specifying of validity and durability we have employed the theories of experts and Cronbach's alpha. The examination of the hypothesis have been implemented by the technique of structural equation modeling and AMOS software. Data analysis showed that interactional justice, distributive justice and satisfaction of using e-learning systems are the factors which directly impact on the continuity on using of e-learning systems directly that among have the most impact on the continuity of satisfaction to use elearning system and the other factors impact on that indirectly.

    The fact which the success of organizations depends on the asset of managers is quite accepted and undeniable. The purpose of the research is to develop and rank the indexes of talent identification of the special school managers of Qom. The research method is a combination of quantitative and qualitative. Sampling of qualitative research and interviews conducted with the snowball technique, and on this basis, between 45of managers and deputies of special schools of Qom, 12 persons are selected to be interviewed. In the quantitative section of the research between 180 teachers and managers of the special schools, 120 persons are selected by Cochran formula in a random sampling. In the quantitative section, validity of the content and durability by the calculation of Cronbach's alpha coefficients are confirmed. In the qualitative section, validity by using external audit strategy and durability by using method of durability between two coders are confirmed. Qualitative data of the research have analyzed by theme analyzing technique and the quantitative data are analyzed by SPSS. The result of the research is recognition of 39 indexes for identification of premier managers. The recognition of emotions of special students, the knowledge in the special education, the education experience in special schools, the ability of realizing the special students and respecting to people are in the first level of importance by managers and teachers.

    Entrepreneurship education such any other kind of education is a proximate and complex process. It effects from many factors such as structural and management, and also other external factors such as cultural, social and economic could also take effect on it. Beside these factors, entrepreneurship education because of its identity has its own characteristics. All of these subjects have caused some challenges in the process of doing educations and the authorities have faced some problems. One of these challenges is decreasing in participation of entrepreneurship education courses in comparing to past, while it is necessary for educating various groups of audits. Basically, the purpose of this study is to investigate thepathology of entrepreneurship education courses. Primarily, the required data were collected through the study of documents and library sources. In addition, all of the reports and available sources about entrepreneurship education courses and employment that are available at ACECR and some other organizations and institutions which was held before investigated. Therefore, for colleting needed data the research method was qualitative. The statistical population of this research consists of experts in the field of employment and entrepreneurship and the theoretician in this field, and the expert had also the executive experience in addition to be just a theoretician. The samples of this study, are the members of ACECR entrepreneurship and employment workgroup and other experts and teachers of this field. To collect the samples, the snowball method was used. To gather more information, the interviews was done by 20 experts and theoreticians. As there was no more past studies, firstly, interviews with experts were done to clarify the subject and finally the results were resend to the experts for validation. Data analysis was performed using the coding method. Coding methodconfigures through detailing the information into categories (classes)about the phenomenon of the research. In fact, based on data collected from interviews and notes, major and minor issues become apparent. Finally, damaging factors of entrepreneurship education coursesin management/administrative, social, cultural, legal, economic and structural factors were identified.

    In this paper the criticism education has studied. The problem is how the practice of criticism, especially social, could be accomplished? Beyond of this problem by default the practice of criticism needs the criticism education, the question is what the relation is between practice of social criticism and theory of criticism? According to results of the research, practice of social criticism is possible when the social theories are available and theory of social criticism could be obtained beyond the common values of any society. Purpose of the research is to find the native and internal facilities for social practice. Any evolution and peaceful social change is possible just through the practice of social criticism. The act of criticism practice, without the criticism theory (or act to criticism practice based on the theories which do not respect the common values) cannot be accomplished. These results have been obtained based on philosophical analysis. In the preliminary discussions by helping the science of linguistics, the characteristics and components of social critics are discussed.

    Success in governmental organizations goals achievement depends on knowledge improvement, information and human resources that is relative to education and human resources development. This study aims to identify the challenges facing the governmental sector in education and its effectiveness. Strategy of the research is a combination of grounded theory methods and narrative studies. Statistical research of the research in part of narrative study consist of education experts and human resources development which are selected by meaningful sampling method. Data collection tools are documents and narratives. Results of the research shows that 10 factors prepare inefficiency of organizational educations in government sector (Process damages, contextual, management, structural, behavorial-communicational, theoritical, human resources, financial resources, audience and educational media).

    Activity-based costing (ABC) to determine the use of resources, calculates the final cost. This method is used to determine thefinal costs of education service center for short courses about the case studies of the year 1394. In the first step, departments of the center divide into three parts: classes and teachers, administrative and support staff, supplies and consumables. In the second step, activity centers with activity analysis was specified. In the third step, expenses of education center and the official part for operating sections was allocated to them according to their contribution activity. In the final step, according to application of goal expenses from service centers, the final costs of education service was calculated. Data and expenses information was collected from documents and accounting records, then, they were analysed in Excel and the costs were shared and amortized to activities. Finally, it was showed that activity-based costing method in this center is possible and could be utilized. This method, because of using the exact mechanism and correct methods in compare to traditional accounting calculates the final costs of education services more accurate. It also offers useful and applied information for administratives and authorities for strategic, operating and short-term decisions.
