    مقدمه
    اختلال خواب یکی از مهم ترین مشکلات بیماران دیابتی است. رایج ترین روش درمان اختلال های خواب دارودرمانی است. لذا انجام مداخله ای بدون عارضه برای رفع این اختلال اهمیت دارد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر ماساژ بازتابی کف پا بر کیفیت خواب زنان مبتلا به دیابت شیرین نوع دو در شهر اراک در سال 1396 است.
    روش کار
    مطالعه حاضر از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی ساده است که در مورد 54 زن مبتلا به دیابت شیرین نوع دو انجام شد. بیماران با روش تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و مداخله تقسیم شدند. قبل از مداخله پرسش نامه کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ برای هردو گروه تکمیل شد. در گروه مداخله، ماساژ بازتابی کف پا به مدت 8 جلسه انجام شد. پس از آن مجددا پرسش نامه کیفیت خواب برای بیماران هر دو گروه تکمیل شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 و آزمون های من ویتنی، کای دو و T زوجی تجزیه وتحلیل شدند.
    یافته ها
    ماساژ بازتابی کف پا بهبودی در کیفیت خواب را در گروه مداخله نشان داد (0/001 > P) ، ولی در گروه کنترل تفاوت معنی داری از نظر کیفیت خواب مشاهده نشد (0/05 < P).
    نتیجه گیری
    ماساژ بازتابی کف پا موجب بهبود کیفیت خواب زنان مبتلا به دیابت شیرین نوع دو می شود. از ماساژ بازتابی کف پا می توان به عنوان مداخله موثری در بهبود کیفیت خواب این زنان استفاده کرد.

    مقدمه
    پرستاران بخش های ویژه به دلیل انجام فعالیت هایی ازجمله جابه جا کردن بیمار و بلند کردن اجسام سنگین حین مراقبت های پرستاری، با خطر بروز اختلال های اسکلتی عضلانی روبه رو هستند. لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش اصلاح وضعیت بدن بر درد اختلال های اسکلتی عضلانی در پرستاران انجام شد.
    روش کار
    این مطالعه نیمه تجربی دوگروهی، به صورت پیش آزمون-پس آزمون، با مشارکت 101 پرستار شاغل در بخش های ویژه در سال 1396 انجام شد. نمونه گیری طی دو مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله اول از بین چهار مرکز آموزشی درمانی دو مرکز به طور تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. قبل از آزمون هردو گروه پرسش نامه نوردیک 25سوالی را تکمیل کردند. سپس برای افراد گروه آزمون چهار جلسه آموزشی 60 دقیقه ای در طول چهار هفته برگزار شد. سه ماه بعد از آموزش، مجددا داده ها جمع آوری شدند و به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 و با کمک آزمون ویلکاکسون، آنالیز کوواریانس، رگرسیون تجزیه وتحلیل شدند.
    یافته ها
    در گروه آزمون بیشتر پرستاران (90 درصد) زن، متاهل (72 درصد) ، دارای مدرک کارشناسی و بالاتر (94 درصد) بودند و برنامه ورزشی منظم نداشتند. بر اساس پرسش نامه نوردیک بالاترین فراوانی درد قبل از آموزش، در گروه آزمون به ترتیب در ناحیه کمر (77/3درصد) ، پشت (46/5درصد) و سر و گردن (45/5درصد) بود که بعد از آموزش به طور معنی داری به ترتیب به 41 درصد، 17/9درصد و 20 درصد کاهش یافت (0/05<P).
    نتیجه گیری
    با توجه به تاثیر آموزش بر کاهش درد ناشی از اختلال های اسکلتی عضلانی، پیشنهاد می شود برای تمامی پرستاران در آغاز کار یا حین کار در زمینه اصلاح وضعیت بدن کلاس های آموزشی برگزار شود.

    مقدمه
    از آنجا که مداخلات درمانی به طور کامل نتوانسته جوابگوی مشکلات پیش روی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان باشد، مشاوره با رویکرد معنویت و نقش مهم پرستاران در حمایت روحی روانی از بیماران مبتلا به سرطان مورد توجه محققان قرار گرفته است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر مشاوره معنوی بر رضایت از زندگی در بیماران سرطانی است.
    روش کار
    این مطالعه از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون و همراه با گروه کنترل است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسش نامه دوقسمتی مشخصات دموگرافیک و مقیاس رضایت از زندگی Diener است. تعداد 76 بیمار مبتلا به سرطان مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان امام خمینی شهرستان ارومیه به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و سپس به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. بیماران گروه کنترل مراقبت های معمول بیمارستانی و بیماران گروه مداخله 10 جلسه مشاوره معنوی دریافت کردند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون های آماری توصیفی و آزمون تی تجزیه وتحلیل شد.
    یافته ها
    میانگین و انحراف معیار رضایت از زندگی قبل و بعد از مداخله در گروه مداخله به ترتیب 3/33±18/92 و 2/77 ±23/66و در گروه کنترل 2/88 ±19/53و 2/78±19/55به دست آمد. براساس نتایج، میزان رضایت از زندگی بیماران قبل و بعد از مداخله فقط در گروه مداخله تفاوت معناداری داشت (0/05>P). آزمون تی گروه های مستقل نشان داد میانگین میزان رضایت از زندگی بین گروه مداخله و کنترل بعد از مداخله معنی دار بوده است (0/05>P).
    نتیجه گیری
    براساس نتایج این مطالعه، مشاوره معنوی بر رضایت از زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان موثر است. بهتر است پرستاران در برخورد با نیازهای معنوی بیماران، به آنها کمک کنند تا از منابع حمایتی این حوزه برخوردار شوند.

    مقدمه
    سندرم پیش از قاعدگی بسیار شایع است و بر زندگی دختران تاثیرات منفی دارد. مصرف طولانی مدت دارو، برای تخفیف علائم و عوارض این سندرم، می تواند مشکل ساز باشد. در این پژوهش سعی شده با استفاده از مشاوره گروهی شدت علائم سندرم کاهش داده شود.
    روش کار
    جامعه مورد بررسی دختران 17-15ساله دبیرستانی شهر همدان در سال 1395 بودند. ابزار پژوهش دو پرسش نامه خصوصیات دموگرافیک و 1PSST بود. از میان 215 دانش آموز شرکت کننده، 120 نفر سندرم پیش از قاعدگی متوسط تا شدید داشتند که به دو گروه 60 نفره آزمون و کنترل تقسیم شدند و در سه جلسه مشاوره گروهی با مضامین ارتقای خودآگاهی درباره سندرم شرکت کردند. اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 21 و آزمون های تی مستقل و زوجی تجزیه وتحلیل شد. سطح معنی داری کمتر از 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد.
    یافته ها
    میانگین شدت سندرم پیش از قاعدگی، قبل از جلسات مشاوره در هر دو گروه یکسان بود و از نظر آماری اختلاف معنی داری با هم نداشت (0/87=P) ، اما پس از پایان مشاوره کاهش معنی داری در میانگین شدت سندرم در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل مشاهده شد (0/001>P).
    نتیجه گیری
    نتایج نشان داد مشاوره در زمینه سندرم پیش از قاعدگی می تواند نقش موثری در کاهش شدت علائم داشته باشد.

    مقدمه
    سالمندی دوره بسیار مهمی از زندگی است که طی آن فرد با تهدیدات و بیماری های مزمنی روبه رو است. این امر کیفیت زندگی سالمند را در معرض آسیب قرار می دهد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه و بررسی رابطه معنای زندگی و عزت نفس با کیفیت زندگی در سالمندان ساکن منزل و مقیم سرای سالمندان است.
    روش کار
    پژوهش حاضر توصیفی تحلیلی است که درباره نمونه ای 120 نفری از سالمندان زن و مرد ساکن شهر خرم آباد در سال 97-96 انجام شد، شامل 60 نفر سالمند ساکن منزل به روش تصادفی خوشه ایو 60 نفر سالمند مقیم سرای سالمندان که به روش تصادفی نظام دار (براساس شماره پرونده) انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسش نامه های معنای زندگی Steger و همکاران (2006) ، عزت نفس روزنبرگ (1965) و کیفیت زندگی ویر و شربون (1992) استفاده شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه به روش گام به گام و تی گروه های مستقل تجزیه وتحلیل شدند.
    یافته ها
    نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد بین معنای زندگی (t= 6/68 ، 0/001>P) ، عزت نفس (t =5/02، 0/001>P) و کیفیت زندگی (t =3/09 ، 0/01>P) در میان سالمندان ساکن منزل و سالمندان مقیم سرای سالمندان تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه به روش گام به گام نیز نشان داد متغیرهای معنای زندگی و عزت نفس با هم 25 درصد از واریانس کیفیت زندگی را پیش بینی می کنند.
    نتیجه گیری
    با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، ضروری به نظر می رسد با تدوین، برنامه ریزی و ارائه خط مشی مناسب، زمینه لازم برای بهبود و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی سالمندان به ویژه در سرای سالمندان فراهم شود.

    مقدمه
    بستری شدن کودک در بیمارستان یکی از دلایل اصلی تنش و اضطراب والدین است. با توجه به اهمیت مراقبت خانواده محور، حمایت پرستاران از والدین و درک نیازهای آنها برای تامین و برآورده کردن آن نیازها امری ضروری به شمار می آید. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نقش حمایت پرستاری در تامین نیازهای مادران کودکان بستری شده انجام شده است.
    روش کار
    پژوهش حاضر مطالعه توصیفی - مقطعی است. 250 نفر از مادران کودکان بستری شده در بخش کودکان مرکز آموزشی درمانی بعثت همدان در پاییز سال 1396 به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسش نامه های «حمایت پرستار از والدین» و «نیازهای والدین کودکان» و همچنین پرسش نامه «مشخصات دموگرافیک» جمع آوری و با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 با آزمون های توصیفی و آنالیز ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شد.
    یافته ها
    میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره کل نیازها 6/10±9/38 بود و حداکثر نمره مربوط به اعتماد متقابل (2/8±9/0) و حداقل آن مربوط به حمایت، راهنمایی و مشاوره (2/1 ±5/1) بود. حمایت کلی دریافت شده مادران از پرستاران 16/2±68/3بود و بیشترین حمایت مربوط به اعتمادبه نفس (3/5 ±14/4) و کمترین حمایت در حوزه عاطفی (2/8 ±8/2) بود. بین حمایت پرستار از والدین و نمره کل نیازهای مادران ارتباط معنی دار مثبت وجود داشت (P <0/001> ، 0/483=rs)
    نتیجه گیری
    با توجه به کم بودن میانگین و انحراف معیار برخی حیطه های حمایت پرستاران از والدین و برآورده شدن نیازهای والدین، برنامه ریزی برای مراقبت خانواده محور پرستاران و حمایت آنها از والدین برای برآورده کردن نیازها و به دنبال آن، بهبود کیفیت مراقبت از کودک ضروری به نظر می رسد.

    مقدمه
    زنان بیش از یک سوم عمر خود را در دوران یائسگی و وضعیت کمبود استروژن می گذرانند. این تغییرات نورواندوکرین با از بین رفتن قدرت باروری و عملکرد قاعدگی، بر احساس زن از سلامت جسمی و روانی خود تاثیر می گذارد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی با تجارب زنان در یائسگی انجام شد.
    روش کار
    مطالعه حاضر پژوهشی توصیفی همبستگی است که در مورد 250 نفر از زنان یائسه شهر مشهد، که مشخصات واحد پژوهش را داشتند، انجام شد. روش نمونه گیری سهمیه ای و در دسترس بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسش نامه دموگرافیک، DASS21 و سنجش تجارب زنان در یائسگی بود. داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل رگرسیون در سطح معنی داری 0/05 تجزیه وتحلیل شد.
    یافته ها
    میانگین سن یائسگی نمونه ها 4/56 ± 48 سال بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی در زنان یائسه مورد مطالعه به ترتیب 4/8 ± 5/43، 4/63± 7/07، 4/33 ±5/35 بود. نمره کلی تجارب یائسگی در زنان 33/5درصد بود. همبستگی پیرسون ارتباط مستقیم و معنی داری بین نمره افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس با تجارب زنان در یائسگی نشان داد (P<0/001، 0/68=r).
    نتیجه گیری
    نتایج مطالعات حاضر نشان داد با افزایش نمره افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس، نمره تجارب زنان در یائسگی افزایش می یابد. لذا این تغییرات نیازمند اجرای برنامه های مشاوره ای و حمایتی است تا با تغییرات روانی عاطفی دوران یائسگی سازگاری بیشتری حاصل شود.

    مقدمه
    پیوند کلیه در مرحله نهایی نارسایی کلیه بهترین درمان است. کیفیت زندگی عاملی مهم در بقای پیوند کلیه است و بیماران برای ارتقای سطح کیفیت زندگی به حمایت اجتماعی نیاز دارند. بنابراین هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین همبستگی کیفیت زندگی با حمایت اجتماعی در بیماران پیوند کلیه است.
    روش کار
    این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی از نوع همبستگی است که در مورد 166 نفر از بیماران پیوند کلیه مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه پیوند کلیه مرکز آموزشی درمانی شهید بهشتی همدان در زمستان سال 95 به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسش نامه های مشخصات دموگرافیک، کیفیت زندگی (Lapazis (KTQ-25) و حمایت اجتماعی واکس در حضور پژوهشگر تکمیل شد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 و آزمون های آماری کلموگروف اسمیرنف، من ویتنی، کروسکال والیس و ناپارامتری اسپیرمن استفاده شد.
    یافته ها
    نتایج نشان داد میانگین نمره کل کیفیت زندگی بیماران پیوند کلیه 99/0 ± 64/2 است. بیشترین میانگین نمره (3/67) در حیطه علائم جسمی دیده شد و 80/7 درصد از بیماران کیفیت زندگی متوسط داشتند. همچنین میانگین نمره کل حمایت اجتماعی 7/58 ± 69/91بود که بیشترین میانگین نمره در حیطه خانواده (25/61) است و 57/2درصد از بیماران در سطح حمایت اجتماعی خوب بودند. بین میانگین نمرات حمایت اجتماعی با کیفیت زندگی ارتباط مستقیم و معناداری دیده شد (P <0/05 ، 0/371 = r).
    نتیجه گیری
    با توجه به نتایج مطالعه، بیماران با سطح حمایت اجتماعی بالاتر، از کیفیت زندگی بهتری برخوردارند. بنابراین لازم است به نقش خانواده ها در افزایش کیفیت زندگی بیماران و به تبع آن ارتقای سلامتی آنان توجه ویژه شود. ازاین رو پرسنل بهداشتی و درمانی می توانند با بررسی نیازهای حمایتی بیماران از نظر کیفیت و کمیت و با بسیج منابع حمایتی موجود در جامعه و مشارکت خانواده به عنوان روشی کم هزینه و موثر در جهت بهبودی کیفیت زندگی بیماران گام بردارند.

    Introduction
    Sleep disorders are one of the most important problems in patients with diabetes. The most commonly used method for treating sleep disorders is medication therapy. Therefore, it is important to perform an uncomplicated intervention to relieve sleep disorders in these patients. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of foot reflexology massage on the quality of sleep in women with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Arak city in 2017.
    Methods
    This study was a simple randomized clinical trial performed on 54 women with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Patients were randomly divided into control and intervention groups. Before the intervention, Pittsburgh sleep quality questionnaire was completed for both groups. In the intervention group, foot reflexology massage was performed for 8 sessions. After the intervention, sleep quality questionnaire was completed for both patients. Data was analyzed using SPSS version 24 by Mann-Whitney, Chi-square and T-test.
    Results
    Foot reflexology massage improved sleep quality in the intervention group (P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the quality of sleep in the control group (P>0.05).
    Conclusion
    Foot reflexology massage improved the sleep quality of women with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Foot reflexology massage can be used as an effective intervention to improve the quality of sleep in these women.

    Introduction
    intensive care unit nurses are at risk of musculoskeletal disorders due to activities such as moving patients and lifting heavy objects during nursing care. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of body posture correction on musculoskeletal disorders in Nurses.
    Methods
    This pre and post-test quasi-experimental study with two groups (case & control) was performed on 101 nurses working in intensive care unit in 2017. The sampling method was multistage sampling. At first, we selected two hospitals from four hospitals and after selecting nurses, they were divided randomly into case and control groups. Both groups completed 25 questions of the Nordic questionnaires before the intervention. Then in the case group, four sessions of 60 minutes were performed weekly .The nurses were also encouraged to perform stretching exercises for the neck, shoulder and upper limbs. Three months later, two groups completed the questionnaire again. Data was analyzed by SPSS24 software using Wilcoxon test, Covariance analysis and regression analysis.
    Results
    The two groups were matched at the beginning of the study and did not have a significant difference (P<0.05). According to Nordic questionnaire, the highest prevalence of pain before training was in the waist (77.3%), back (46.5%) and head neck (45.5%), which was decreased after the intervention to 41%, 17.9% and 20% respectively in the case group (P<0.05).
    Conclusion
    Regarding the effect of educational intervention on musculoskeletal pain disorders, all nurses must be trained for body posture correction at the beginning or during their work.

    Introduction
    As therapeutic interventions had completely failed to cope with the problems facing patients with cancer, consulting with a spiritual approach in patients with cancer has been considered by researchers. The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of spiritual consultation on life satisfaction of patients with cancer.
    Method
    This was a clinical trial as pre-test and post-test design. The data collection tool was a two-part questionnaire. In the first part, demographic characteristics and in the second part, life satisfaction was evaluated by The Diener Life Satisfaction Scale. Totally, 76 patients with cancer admitted to Urmia city hospital were chosen by purposive sampling and then randomly divided into two intervention and control groups. Patients in the control group received routine care hospitals, but those in the intervention group received 10 sessions of spiritual counseling. SPSS software was used for data analysis. To compare the life satisfaction scores before and after the treatment, paired t-test and independent t- test were used.
    Results
    The mean and standard deviation scores of life satisfaction of patients in the intervention group before and after the intervention were 18.92±3.33 and 23.66±2.77, respectively. Also in the control group, score of patients before and after the intervention were 19.53±2.88 and 19.55±2.78, respectively. Paired t-test showed that life satisfaction scores before and after the treatment only in the intervention group were significantly different (P<0.05). However, independent t- test showed that life satisfaction scores in patients with cancer between the intervention and control groups were significantly different after the intervention (P<0.05).
    Conclusion
    Spiritual counseling was effective on life satisfaction of patients with cancer. Nurses should pay attention to patients’ spiritual needs and help them to benefit from supports in this area.

    Introduction
    Premenstrual syndrome with high prevalence has a negative effect on girls’ normal living. Using drugs to relieve the symptoms and adverse effects of long-term use of the drugs can be a matter of concern. In this study, we tried to reduce the severity of premenstrual syndrome using group counseling.
    Methods
    The study sample was girls aged 15 to 17 years old studying in high school in Hamadan in 2016. The study tools were two questionnaires containing demographic characteristics and the PSST. Of 215 participants, 120 subjects with moderate to severe menstrual syndrome were divided into two groups of 60 subjects. Subjects participated in 3 counseling sessions regarding increasing self-awareness about the premenstrual syndrome. Data was analyzed by SPSS21 using independent and paired t-test. The significance level was less than 0.05.
    Results
    The mean of severity of premenstrual syndrome before and after counseling sessions was not statistically significant in the both groups (P =0.87), but after the end of the consultation, there was a significant decrease in mean severity of syndrome severity in the intervention group compared to the control group (P <0.001).
    Conclusion
    Counseling in premenstrual syndrome can have an effective role in reducing the severity of premenstrual symptoms.

    Introduction
    Elderly is a very important period of life in which many chronic illnesses threat the person well-being, also endangers their quality of life. This study aimed to compare the association of meaning in life and self-esteem with quality of life in elderly living at home and those in nursing home.
    Methods
    This was a descriptive-analytical study performed on 120 elderly women and men living in Khorramabad city between 2016 and 2017, including 60 elderly living at home and 60 elderly living in nursing homes. Subjects were selected by systematic random sampling) Based on file number). To collect data, the Steger et al meaning in life (2006), Rosenberg Self-Esteem (1965) and Sherbvn & Weir quality of life (1992) questionnaires were used. Data was analyzed using Pearson correlation test, multiple regression analysis with stepwise method and T-test.
    Results
    There was a significant difference between meaning in life (t₌3.63, P<0.01), self-esteem (t₌3,69, P<0.001) and quality of life (t₌4.05, P<0.001) between elderly living at home and those living in nursing homeMultiple stepwise regression analysis showed that meaning of life and self-esteem predicted 26% of quality of life variance.
    Conclusion
    It seems necessary to improve the quality of life of elderly by planning and programming appropriate policies, especially those living in nursing homes.

    Introduction
    hospitalization of a child is one of the main causes of parent’s anxiety. Regarding the importance of providing family-based care, it is necessary for nurses to support and understand parents’ needs to provide them. This study aimed to determine the role of nursing support in providing the needs of hospitalized children mothers.
    Method
    This was a descriptive cross-sectional study. 250 mothers of children hospitalized in pediatric ward of Hamadan Besat Hospital, were selected by available method in 2017. Data was collected using “nursing support from parents”, “needs of children parents” and demographic characteristics questionnaire. Data was analyzed by SPSS16 using descriptive and Pearson correlation analysis.
    Results
    The mean and standard deviation of the score of all needs was 38.9 ± 10.6. The maximum score was related to mutual trust (9.0 ± 2.8) and the minimum was related to support guidance and counseling (5.1 ± 2.1). The overall support received by mothers from nurses was 68.3 ± 16.2. Most of support was related to self-confidence (14.4 ± 3.5) and the least was emotional support (8.2 ± 2.8). There was a significant positive correlation between nurses support from parents and the total score of mothers’ needs (r = 0.448, P=0.001).
    Conclusion
    Considering the low mean and standard deviation of some nursing support areas from parents and meeting the needs of parents, it seems necessary to plan for the provision of family-based care by nurses and their support from parents to meet their needs to improve the quality of children care.

    Introduction
    Women spend more than a third of their lives in menopause and estrogen deficiency. These neuroendocrine changes affect the woman’s sense of health and mental health through the loss of fertility and menstrual function. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the association between anxiety, stress and depression with women’s experiences in menopause.
    Method
    This was a descriptive-correlation study conducted on 250 postmenopausal women who met the inclusion criteria in 2016 in Mashhad. A convenience quota sampling method was used. The data gathering tool was a demographic questionnaire, DASS21, measuring the experiences of menopause women. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 16 software by Pearson correlation coefficient and regression model at a significant level of 0.05.
    Results
    The mean age of menopause was 48 ± 4.56 years. The mean and standard deviation of anxiety score, stress and depression in postmenopausal women were 5.43 ± 4.8, 4.37 ± 7.7 and 4.33 ± 5.35, respectively. The mean total score of menopausal experiences was 33.5%. Pearson correlation showed a direct and significant association between stress, anxiety and depression score with the experiences of women in menopause (P = 0.001, r = 0.68).
    Conclusion
    with increasing the scores of depression, anxiety and stress, the score of women’s experiences in menopause increased. Therefore, these changes require counseling and supportive program to improve adaptation to menopausal psychosocial changes.

    Introduction
    Kidney transplantation is the best treatment in end stage renal failure. Quality of life is an important factor in the survival of kidney transplants and these patients need social support to improve their quality of life. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the correlation between quality of life and social support in patients with renal transplantation.
    Methods
    This descriptive cross-sectional study was a correlation study performed on 166 patients with kidney transplantation referred to the renal transplantation clinic of Shahid Beheshti Medical Center in Hamadan in the winter of 2016. Convenient sampling method was used. Before the completion of the questionnaires, an informed consent was obtained and researcher was available during completion of questioners. Data was collected using demographic characteristics, Lapazis Quality of Life (KTQ-25) and Social Wax Support questionnaires. Data was analyzed by SPSS24 using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis and Spearman non-parametric tests.
    Results
    The mean score of total quality of life was 2.79 ± 0.99. The mean score of quality of life in the area of physical symptoms was higher than other areas (3.67) and the total score of social support was 69.91 ± 7.58. 80.7% of patients had an average quality of life. the mean score of social support in the family was more than other areas (25.61%). 57.2% of patients had a good level of social support. Social support had a direct and significant association with quality of life of patients (r = 0.371, P <0.05).
    Conclusion
    There was a direct and significant association between quality of life and the level of social support in patients with renal transplantation . Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the role of families in increasing the quality of life of patients and consequently, their health promotion. Health care personnel can consider the quality and quantity of support needs of patients by mobilizing support resources in the community and family participation to improve the quality of life of patients and as a low-cost and effective way to improve their quality of life.
