Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi are among the soil microorganisms that play an important role beside soil microorganisms. Because of their mutualistic relationship within the roots of the host plants. These fungi are importance for the food and energy cycling, have important effects on the dynamics and decomposition of organic matter in the soil and could effect the growth and physiology of plants. This study aims to identify AMF associated with Acer monspessulanum subsp. cinerascens in Arghavan protected area in Ilam province. Soil samples were taken from A. monspessulanum rhizosphere in the summer and to the depth of 30 cm. Soil samples were transferred to the laboratory for soil physiochemical analysis and AMF spore extraction. AMF spores were extracted by wet saving followed by centrifuged. AMF identification was performed based on the on spore’s morphological characteristics.roots pieces were colored with one percent aniline blue, in order to determine the root colonization. Our results indicated that there are 24 AMF species belong to 7 genera in A. monspessulanum rizosphere. Funneliformis and Glomus with 28.38 and 27.78 percent ere the most common genera in the studied stands, respectively. While, Rhizophogus intraradices with 10.23 percent was the most frequent species. The average percentage of colonization was 49.71% and the average density of spore density was 85 in 7 grams of soil.

Gray mold of Strawberry by Botrytis cinerea (Anamorph Botryotinia fuckeliana ) is one of the most destructive foliar diseases of Strawberry in the world that has significant effect on yield loss in the world. Excessive consumption of agricultural chemicals to control disease is due to environmental pollution and pathogen resistant. So, finding alternative way seems necessary to manage the disease. In order to evaluated four extract medicinal plants to control fungal growth Gray mold Strawberry, factorial experiment were conducted in a complementary randomized block design with three replications in terms of in vitro condition. The results show that there were significant differences among extract plants and different evaluation time at 1% level. Also, with increasing the concentration of fungal growth inhabitation increased, so that extract of Neem , summer Savory and Oregano showed the best effect on the growth of mushrooms diameter.

Increasing development and water consumption in upstream Afghanistan negatively affects water supply to Iran, thereby exacerbating latent tensions between the two countries. Iran perceives the construction of hydroelectric dams on the Afghan side of the basins as a direct security threat .There is no active agreement between Iran and Afghanistan over the management of shared water resources in the Helmand and Harirod-Murghab river basins. It is unlikely these points of friction will be resolved without concerted and proactive collaboration between the two countries. In addition to political tensions, climactic changes alter patterns of water flow and availability in the shared basins, leading some farmers to claim that insufficient water supply encourages them to plant poppy, a hardy crop. Increasing human strain on the Sistan wetlands due to mass migrations is unsustainable and may lead to a major environmental disaster. The strategy recommends developing monitoring systems and databases, identifying historic hydrometeorological baseline data, building capacity in water management and irrigation efficiency, creating an international support network for negotiations, and establishing a transboundary commission.
