صفحات 51-57مقدمهمهم ترین معیار در زمینه ارزیابی اثربخشی سیستم های اطلاعاتی، رضایتمندی کاربران است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل مرتبط با رضایتمندی کاربران سیستم های اطلاعات بیمارستانی به صورت مدل ساختاری انجام پذیرفت.روش بررسیاین پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بود و جامعه آماری آن را کاربران سیستم های اطلاعات بیمارستانی بیمارستان های آموزشی- درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز تشکیل داد. به منظور انجام مطالعه، پرسش نامه ای بر اساس بررسی متون ایجاد شد و روایی آن از طریق نظرسنجی از خبرگان انفورماتیک پزشکی و مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت مورد ارزیابی و تایید نهایی قرار گرفت. سپس در بین 384 نفر از کاربران سیستم های اطلاعات بیمارستانی که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه بندی شده انتخاب شده بودند، توزیع گردید. در نهایت، با استفاده از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته هامدل معادلات ساختاری به دست آمده در 8 بعد کیفیت اطلاعات با ضریب غیر استاندارد 1، کیفیت سیستم با نسبت بحرانی 891/3، کیفیت خدمات با نسبت بحرانی 039/5، ساختار سازمانی و مدیریتی با نسبت بحرانی 648/4، مفید بودن سیستم با نسبت بحرانی 683/3، به کارگیری سیستم با نسبت بحرانی 963/4، ویژگی های کاربر با نسبت بحرانی 043/5 و اضطراب کامپیوتری با نسبت بحرانی 963/4 تایید شدند. تحلیل مدل معادلات ساختاری تاثیر 8 بعد مرتبط با رضایتمندی را با سطح معنی داری 001/0 > P مورد تایید قرار داد.نتیجه گیریمدل یکپارچه حاصل از پژوهش حاضر می تواند به عنوان ابزار موثری در طراحی و توسعه سیستم های اطلاعاتی مبتنی بر کاربر به کار گرفته شود و بدین ترتیب به نظر می رسد در کاربران رضایتمندی بیشتری ایجاد می گردد و از به هدر رفتن سرمایه گذاری مالی و انسانی جلوگیری می شود.کلیدواژگان: رگرسیون چند متغیره، رضایتمندی، سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی

صفحات 58-64مقدمهروش کارت امتیازی متوازن BSC (Balance scorecard)، نوعی تکنیک اندازه گیری عملکرد برای دستیابی به دیدگاه جامعی از عملکرد سازمان است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی عملکرد بیمارستان نور و حضرت علی اصغر (ع) با استفاده از تلفیق روش BSC و تکنیک اندازه گیری جذابیت به وسیله ارزیابی های رسته ای MACBETH (Measuring Attractiveness by a Categorical Based Evaluation Technique) بود.روش بررسیاین پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بود که در بیمارستان نور و حضرت علی اصغر (ع) اصفهان در سال 1394 انجام شد. جامعه آماری مطالعه را مترون ها، سوپروایزرهای آموزشی و سرپرستاران بیمارستان مذکور تشکیل دادند که با روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسش نامه مقایسات زوجی با روایی قابل قبول بود. بر اساس روش MACBETH، هر تصمیم گیرنده تفاوت جذابیت شاخص های هر منظر BSC را مشخص نمود و نظرات با استفاده از روش میانگین حسابی ادغام گردید. وزن شاخص ها در نرم افزار M-MACBETH و وزن هر منظر BSC در نرم افزار Excel مورد محاسبه قرار گرفت.یافته هااز بین منظرهای BSC، منظر مشتری و در بین شاخص ها، شاخص های میزان رضایت کارکنان و رضایت مشتریان به ترتیب بیشترین ضریب اهمیت را به خود اختصاص داد.نتیجه گیریپژوهش حاضر با تلفیق روش های BSC و MACBETH، نقص BSC را در تعیین اولویت مناظر برطرف می کند. توجه به اولویت منظرهای BSC، به مدیران بیمارستان ها در ارزیابی عملکرد کمک می نماید تا با تمرکز بر منظرهای دارای اولویت بیشتر، برنامه هایی جهت ارتقای رضایت کارکنان و مشتریان طراحی و پیاده سازی کنند.کلیدواژگان: ارزیابی عملکرد، بیمارستان ها، کارت امتیازی متوازن، تصمیم گیری چند شاخصه

صفحات 65-70مقدمهظهور فن آوری های وب 2، کتابخانه ها و خدمات آن ها را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. کتابخانه ها نیز به منظور ارتقای کیفیت خدمات خود، نیازمند استفاده از این فن آوری ها هستند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین چالش های کاربرد وب 2 در کتابخانه های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان صورت گرفت.روش بررسیاین پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی بود و به روش مقطعی در سال 1394 انجام گردید. جامعه آماری مطالعه را 60 نفر از کتابداران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان تشکیل داد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری گردید که روایی صوری آن با نظر متخصصان کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب Cronbach¢s alpha (88/0) مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (آزمون t و همبستگی Pearson) تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.یافته هااز بین عوامل موثر بر کاربرد فن آوری های وب 2، بالاترین میانگین (9/3) به «عوامل مربوط به کاربران» اختصاص داشت و پس از آن «عوامل مربوط به کتابداران» و «عوامل زیرساختی و فرهنگی» با میانگین 5/3 قرار داشت.نتیجه گیرینتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آشنایی کم کتابداران با فن آوری های وب 2 و استفاده از آن در کتابخانه ها می باشد که این نتایج برای کتابداران و کتابخانه ها قابل استفاده است.کلیدواژگان: وب 2، خدمات کتابخانه ای، کتابخانه ها، ایران

صفحات 71-77مقدمهبا توجه به قابلیت های سنجه های جایگزین و سرعت آن ها در ارزیابی برون دادهای علمی و همچنین، اهمیت رسانه های اجتماعی در برقراری ارتباطات علمی و اشاعه یافته های پژوهشی، هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تعیین بهره مندی پژوهشگران حوزه انفورماتیک پزشکی از رسانه های اجتماعی و شناسایی مقالات برتر بر اساس نمره آلتمتریک و تعیین رابطه میان وجود مقاله های پژوهشگران در رسانه های اجتماعی و عملکرد استنادی آن ها بود.روش بررسیاین مطالعه به صورت توصیفی، با رویکرد علم سنجی و با استفاده از روش آلتمتریکس انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش را مقالات حوزه انفورماتیک پزشکی در سال 2014 که دارای شناساگر دیجیتالی اشیاء منتشر شده در چهار نشریه هسته بودند، تشکیل داد. هر مقاله با Altmetric.com مطابقت داده شد و از آزمون همبستگی Spearman جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده گردید.یافته هاMendeley، Twitter، Facebook، CiteULike، Blog، News outlet و Google Plus از جمله رسانه های اجتماعی بودند که بیشتر توسط پژوهشگران جهت به اشتراک گذاری برون دادهای علمی مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. یافته ها حاکی از وجود رابطه معنی دار مثبتی بین بیشتر شاخص های آلتمتریکس و تعداد استنادات دریافتی در Web of Science بود.نتیجه گیریرسانه های اجتماعی می توانند تاثیر مثبتی بر میزان استناد به مقالات علمی داشته باشند. بنابراین، محققان حوزه انفورماتیک پزشکی در جهت جستجوی بهتر اطلاعات و همچنین، افزایش استناد به فعالیت های علمی خود، می توانند از رسانه های اجتماعی استفاده نمایند. بدین منظور، آثار خود را در رسانه های اجتماعی مختلفی به اشتراک می گذارند.کلیدواژگان: آلتمتریکس، انفورماتیک پزشکی، رسانه های اجتماعی

صفحات 78-83مقدمهاز آن جایی که پزشکی علم مبتنی بر شواهد است، نه تنها کادر درمانی بلکه عموم افراد زمانی که با بیماری روبه رو می شوند، به جستجو در اینترنت می پردازند تا بتوانند اطلاعاتی راجع به آن بیماری به دست بیاورند و درصدد درمان آن به روش های سنتی یا رایج هستند. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی و رتبه بندی وب سایت های حوزه طب ایرانی- اسلامی با استفاده از مقیاس WebMedQual انجام شد.روش بررسیاین مطالعه از نوع پیمایشی- توصیفی و نتایج آن از نوع کاربردی بود. برای جمع آوری داده ها، از سیاهه وارسی مبتنی بر مقیاس استاندارد WebMedQual استفاده شد. جامعه اولیه مطالعه را 97 وب سایت حوزه طب ایرانی- اسلامی تشکیل داد که پس از خروج تعدادی از آن ها به دلیل نرسیدن به حد نصاب امتیاز، 74 وب سایت مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. حداکثر امتیاز برای وب سایت ها، 83 و حداقل امتیاز، صفر بود. سوالات سیاهه وارسی تا انتهای بخش محرمانگی 83 عدد بود که با اضافه شدن 6 سوال بخش تجارت الکترونیک (شاخص تکمیلی)، 89 عدد شد. امتیاز قابل قبول برای وب سایت ها نیز 5/41 در نظر گرفته شد و نتایج به صورت میانگین امتیاز و نمره مطلوب ارایه گردید.یافته هاوب سایت ها از نظر شاخص های محتوای اطلاعات و اعتبار مطالب در حد متوسطی قرار داشتند. از نظر طراحی، دسترس پذیری و قابلیت استفاده «نسبتا خوب»، از نظر پیوندها «تقریبا خوب»، از لحاظ شاخص پشتیبانی از کاربر «در حد متوسط» و از نظر محرمانگی «نسبتا ضعیف» بودند. برترین وب سایت در حوزه طب ایرانی- اسلامی به وب سایت تندرستان با امتیاز 72 اختصاص داشت.نتیجه گیریدر مجموع، بیشینه وب سایت های این حوزه کیفیت متوسط رو به بالایی دارند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر وب سایت های معتبر حوزه را مشخص نمود و می تواند برای ایجاد فهرست موضوعی طب ایرانی- اسلامی با استفاده از قرار دادن لینک وب سایت ها مفید باشد.کلیدواژگان: ارزیابی، وب سایت، ارزیابی کیفی، پزشکی ایرانی- اسلامی، طب سنتی

صفحات 84-89مقدمهروزنامه ها در کنار سایر رسانه های جمعی، نقش چشمگیری در افزایش سواد سلامت عموم مردم ایفا می کنند. یکی از موضوعات مهم روزنامه ها، اطلاعات پزشکی کودکان است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین سندیت و اعتبار اطلاعات مرتبط با پزشکی کودکان در روزنامه های کثیر الانتشار ایران در شش ماهه اول سال 1393 انجام شد.روش بررسیاین مطالعه از نوع کاربردی، روش آن، تحلیل محتوا و بررسی مدارک موجود و ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، سیاهه وارسی محقق ساخته بود. جامعه هدف را کلیه پیام های مندرج در 694 نسخه از پنج روزنامه کثیرالانتشار تشکیل داد. حجم نمونه بر اساس روش نمونه گیری غیر احتمالی هدفمند، 426 عنوان مطلب (3019 پیام) مرتبط با پزشکی کودکان بود. از این تعداد، 5 پیام حوزه موضوعی پربسامد شناسایی گردید و سندیت علمی آن ها از نظر شواهد موجود، در پایگاه Up to date مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت توصیف داده ها از فراوانی و درصد استفاده شد.یافته هاروزنامه جام جم بیشترین (7/50 درصد) میزان اطلاعات مرتبط با پزشکی کودکان را منتشر کرده بود. 85/52 درصد از پیام های مرتبط با پزشکی کودکان نویسنده داشتند و روزنامه ایران از نظر وجود پیام های دارای نویسنده، بیشترین فراوانی (71/85 درصد) را به خود اختصاص داد. از نظر وضعیت استناددهی نیز 79/60 درصد پیام ها استناد داشتند.
60 درصد پیام های برجسته از نظر شواهد موجود، در پایگاه Up to date مورد تایید قرار گرفتند.نتیجه گیریعملکرد روزنامه ها در مورد مستند بودن اطلاعات پزشکی کودکان، نسبتا مطلوب، اما نیازمند توجه بیشتر به ویژه در نگارش مطالب توسط متخصصان پزشکی کودکان می باشد.کلیدواژگان: سندیت علمی، پزشکی کودکان، روزنامه ها، اطلاعات سلامت، پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد - مقاله کوتاه

صفحات 90-94مقدمهپرونده پزشکی مبتنی بر مشکل POMR (Problem-oriented medical record) یکی از شیوه های مستندسازی و سازماندهی پرونده های پزشکی است. ایجاد فهرستی از مشکلات بیمار، رکن اصلی این روش می باشد و هسته اصلی تعریف پرونده الکترونیک سلامت شناخته می شود. در مطالعه حاضر به تبیین ایجاد محتوای فهرست مشکلات بیماران بستری و چالش های آن پرداخته شد.روش بررسیاین مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- کاربردی بود که در سال 1394 در بیمارستان الزهرا (س) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام گردید. یکی از الزامات ایجاد فهرست مشکلات بیمار، ایجاد محتوای اطلاعاتی آن بود که بعد از طراحی نرم افزار آن، در دو بخش داخلی و جراحی اعصاب پیاده سازی شد.یافته هاتجربه پیاده سازی نرم افزار فهرست مشکلات بیمار نشان داد که یکی از پرچالش ترین الزامات این فرایند، ایجاد محتوای اطلاعاتی آن می باشد. مدیریت سیستم ترمینولوژی، مدیریت ثبت مشکلات بیمار و مدیریت مستندسازی بین گروهی از جمله چالش های ایجاد محتوای فهرست مشکلات بیمار بود.نتیجه گیریپیاده سازی فهرست مشکلات بیمار به عنوان یکی از اجزای اصلی POMR به ویژه در محیط های بستری که با گروه های درمانی متعددی مواجه هستند، دارای ملزومات چالش برانگیزی می باشد که نیاز به دانش و پشتیبانی مدیریتی، مالی و فنی مناسب دارد.کلیدواژگان: پرونده های الکترونیک سلامت، پرونده پزشکی مبتنی بر مشکل، بیماران

Pages 51-57IntroductionUser satisfaction is considered as the most important criterion of information system effectiveness. The aim of this study was to determine the factors affecting user satisfaction regarding hospital information systems.MethodsThis was a descriptive-analytical study. The study population consisted of users of information systems of the teaching hospitals affiliated to Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, Iran. A questionnaire was designed based on the findings from literature review. After assessing the validity of the questionnaire with the help of medical informatics and health information management experts and its final confirmation, questionnaires were distributed among 384 users that had been selected through stratified random sampling. Structural equation modeling was used for data analysis.ResultsOverall, 8 domains of factors related to user satisfaction regarding hospital information system (HIS) were confirmed to be statistically significant by structural equation modeling. They included information quality (estimate = 1), system quality (CR = 3.891), service quality (CR = 5.039), organizational structure and managing style (CR = 4.648), system usefulness (CR = 3.683), system use (CR = 4.963), user characteristics (CR = 5.043), and computer anxiety (CR = 4.963). The significance level of all domains was PConclusionThe integrated model obtained from this study can be used as an effective tool in design, development, and management of user-driven HISs. Pages 58-64IntroductionThe balanced scorecard (BSC) is a performance measurement tool for managers to obtain a comprehensive overview of their companys performance. The purpose of this study was to integrate BSC with Measuring Attractiveness by a Categorical Based Evaluation Technique (MACBETH) for performance measurement in Noor-Ali Asghar Hospital, Isfahan, Iran.MethodsThis applied, descriptive, and cross-sectional study was carried out in Noor-Ali Asghar Hospital in 2015. The study population included matrons, educational supervisors, and nursing managers of the hospital. The subjects were selected using stratified random sampling method. Data collection tool was the paired comparisons questionnaire which has an acceptable validity. According to MACBETH, each decision maker specified attractiveness difference of BSC perspective indicators and comments were merged through arithmetic mean. Weights of indicators were identified by M-MACBETH software and the weight of each perspective of the BSC was calculated in Excel environment.ResultsThe results show that, among the BSC perspectives, customer perspective, and among all indicators, employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction, respectively, had the greatest importance.ConclusionThis present study aimed to resolve the defects of BSC in prioritization of perspectives by integrating BSC with MACBETH. Attention to priorities of BSC perspectives in evaluating performance helps managers to improve performance by focusing on perspectives with higher priority and implementing programs to improve employee and customer satisfaction.Keywords: Performance Evaluation, Hospitals, Balanced Score Card, Multiple-Criteria Decision-Making

Pages 65-70IntroductionWeb2 has affected libraries and their services. Libraries require this technology in order to improve the quality of their services. The aim of this study was to determine the challenges of applying Web2 in libraries of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Iran.MethodsThe current cross-sectional survey was carried out in 2015. The study population consisted of 60 librarians in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. The data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by specialists, and its reliability was determined using Cronbachs alpha (α = 0.88). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test and Pearson correlation) in SPSS software.ResultsThe results showed that among the factors influencing the use of Web2 technologies, "factors related to users" had the highest mean (3.9), followed by "factors related to the librarians" and infrastructural and cultural factors" with a mean of 3.5.ConclusionThe findings indicated the librarians lack of familiarity with the use of Web2 technologies. Thus, training can play a role in librarians familiarity with Web2 and using such tools in library services.Keywords: Web2, Library Services, Libraries, Iran

Pages 71-77IntroductionDue to the capabilities of alternative metrics and their speed in evaluating scientific outputs, and the importance of social media in establishment of scholarly communication and findings dissemination, the aim of this study was to investigate the use of social media by medical informatics researchers, and identify top articles based on altmetric score and the association between altmetrics and citation indicators.MethodsThe current descriptive research was conducted through scientometrics method and using altmetrics data. The study population consisted of medical informatics articles which were published in 2014 in four core journals, had digital object identifier (DOI), and were indexed in Web of Science. To collect alternative indicators, each individual article was matched by altmetric.com manually. Spearman correlation was used for analyzing data.ResultsMendeley, Twitter, Facebook, CiteULike, Blog, News Outlet, and Google Plus were the most used social media by medical informatics scholars for sharing scientific outputs. The results revealed statistically significant relations between most alternative metrics and the number of citations in Web of Science.ConclusionSocial media can have a positive impact on the citation rate of articles. Therefore, medical informatics researchers can make use of social media in order to better search information on the internet and increase the citation to their scientific productions. Pages 78-83IntroductionSince the science of medicine is based on observation, in addition to medical personnel, the general public also searches the internet when faced with a certain disease in order to gather information about that disease and attempt to treat it through traditional or modern methods. The purpose of this study was to rank Iranian-Islamic medicine websites using WebMedQual scale.MethodsThis was a descriptive survey with applied results. To gather the necessary data, a checklist was used based on the standard WebMedQual scale. The initial study population consisted of 97 Iranian-Islamic medicine websites. After eliminating websites below a certain quality threshold, a total of 74 websites were evaluated. The minimum and maximum possible scores in the checklist were 0 and 83 points, respectively. There are a total of 89 questions in the checklist; 83 until the end of the confidentiality section and 6 questions regarding e-commerce. The acceptable score for websites was 41.5. The results are presented as mean score and optimal score.ResultsThe results indicate that the websites were average in terms of content and credibility, relatively good in terms of design, accessibility, and usability, almost good in terms of links, moderate in terms of user support, and relatively weak in terms of confidentiality. The best Iranian-Islamic medicine website was Tandorostan with a total score of 72.ConclusionIt can be concluded that the majority of websites in this area have moderate to high quality. These results identified credible websites in medicine and can be used to create a subject list of Iranian-Islamic websites.Keywords: Evaluation, Qualitative Evaluation, Iranian-Islamic Medicine, Traditional Medicine

Pages 84-89IntroductionNewspapers along with other mass media have a significant role in increasing the health literacy of the general public. Pediatrics related information is one of the most important health subjects in newspapers. The goal of this study was to assess the scientific authenticity of pediatrics information in widely circulated Iranian newspapers in the year 2014.MethodsThis applied survey was performed using content analysis method in the first part and evidence-based medicine in the second part. The data gathering tool was a checklist designed by the researchers. The statistical population consisted of all of the messages printed in 694 volumes in 5 of the most widely circulated Iranian newspapers. The sample size was calculated using non-probability purposive sampling (426 newspaper articles). Among a total of 3019 messages, 5 topics were determined as high frequency and their scientific authenticity was evaluated in the Up to date database. Data are presented as frequency and percentage.ResultsThe findings indicated that most of pediatrics related information was published in Jam-e-jam (50.7%). Regarding authorship, 52.85% of articles had authors and Iran newspaper had the highest percentage of articles with identified authors. Regarding references, 60.79% of the articles were validated. According to evidences in the Up to date database, the authenticity of 60% of the outstanding messages was confirmed.ConclusionIt is revealed that the pediatric information published in the Iranian newspapers was relatively credible. However, more attention must be paid to the credibility of the articles, particularly in regards to using pediatric information written by pediatricians.Keywords: Accuracy, Pediatrics, Newspapers, Health Information Management, Evidence-Based Medicine

Pages 90-94IntroductionProblem-oriented medical record (POMR) is a method of documentation and medical record organization. Problem list is the main component of POMR and the core of the electronic health record (EHR) definition. The aim of the present study was to explain the requirements and challenges in establishing an electronic problem list in hospitals.MethodsThis descriptive-applied study was conducted in 2016 in Alzahra Hospital affiliated with Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Iran. One of the requirements of patient problem lists was content development that, after designing the software, was implemented at neurosurgery and neurology wards.ResultsEstablishing an electronic problem list showed that content development was its most challenging requirement. These challenge included terminology, patient problems documentation, and interdisciplinary documentation management.ConclusionImplementation of the problem list as a key component of POMR, especially in inpatient settings with various treatment groups, has challenging requirements.
