Middle East has long been on eyes of Big Powers duo to geostrategic significance in international politics. Given that, Western Powers's efforts to dominate on the region is regarded as hot potato as well as competitions to gain a better hegemonic position as leadership of Islamic world. in this respect a variety of theories presented to solve the predicaments of the region, have provided a bed for the different patterns of movement such as: Arabic nationalism, Westernized enlightenment, reactionism. As Fragmentation with people's thinking, beliefs &civilization &ignore their basic needs unlike some periods, these patterns failed to attract people. So how they could be done away from? was a toss-up. In this respect People's Uprising is an only answer confirmed.

Unlike static apparent, jurisprudence is fluent as other social phenomena. The Public Upheaval in 2011 begs this question whether it is logic consequence of Sunni's jurisprudence or political thought. The mass Uprisings in the Middle East have become one of the most important and controversial events in the international arena This article attempts to offer a theoretical model for explaining them. Frustration-Aggression Theory is the basis of this model. Thehypothesis offered is that the uprising of the Muslim nations of the region is a reaction to their deprivation resulting from the policies of despotic regimes during the last decades. In other word, there is a causal relation between the frustration of the Middle East nations and their aggressive reaction. Islamic awakening acts here as an intermediate variable. It persuades the oppressed nations to revolt against despotic political systems. Based on this, it is predicted that if the trend of Islamic awakening in the region continues, then the falling of dictators will probably continue too.

Political scientists & experts of international scholarship have analyzed it; yet, the Public Uprising in Middle East &north of Africa is at dawn of first anniversary. They have recognized economic issues as cornerstone of them. Based on Ayatollah Khamenei's viewpoint, author has regarded it as challenge between Islamic identity & tyranny of the States.
