    Undoubtedly it can be said that a political and social system that fails to attract the public trust, or has lost their trust,will lead to a "plant life" or the state of "brain death"; because it cannot be effective but in material life. Therefore, it cannot accompany people who are under it's rule. National Media is one of the most powerful tools which is at the disposal of political, social, and cultural system of Iran. This medium by it's positive and high performance in depicting the efficiency of governments can provide the preparations of for preserving and increasing the public trust. On the other hand, it can be consequence to provide the level of reduction of trust to political system by its unconsidered actions and policies. National Media also can provide and enhance the base of trust to political system by some actions such as possessing political sociability functions and transforming norms and values to its citizens, poviding security in society, public trustbuilding in its audiences and finally becoming a reference medium for people. Correct informing is One of the most important tasks of National Media whichif not done properly, can lead to loss of trust to this medium. broadcasting biased news and also News censorship in a right way are two main factors in citizen’s point of view about National Media.

    in western scholars opinion, centralization of power in authority of a person or a group will bring corruption; therefore there have been attempts to eradicate this centralization of power, and established the principle of the separation powers. But this basis – that corruption of centralization of power in a person - is not accepted in Islam. in Islamic ideology the authority of power in an infallible of presence of Imam Mahdi) and also the authority of power of equitable Faqih (at the absence of Imam Mahdi) will not result in corruption. Therefore, separation of powers is not a mean to distribute power, but it is a mean to facilitatation and specialization of affairs. The Legal - Political system of Iran also based on this basis, accounts the three branches of government under supervision of Velayat-e- Faqih which are doing some sovereignty activity under surveillance of Supreme Leader. These three branches of government have effects on each other which are pointed in various principles of the constitution which also shows relative separation of powers in Iran's Constitutional Law. Accordingly, the Iranian legal system offers a new pattern in this field, while accepting the nature of this principle, it offers a new basis.

    Currently, there are four prevailing theories about the formation and dynamism of parties which are: institutional theory, historical theory, developmental theory or social gap, and taskoriented theory.all of these theoriesare inefficient in describing the reality and do not represent the formation and dynamism of political parties correctly. We can see this inefficiency especially when they want to examine the relation of formation and dynamism of political parties in Islamic Republic of Iran in contact with the government and the parliament. And the result of these researches will be the effect of the government in the formation of political parties that are government-made parties. In this essay, there is a fifth theory which is based on discourse theory that considers the formation and dynamism of political parties under a unified discourse. It points that this discourse has established its dominance on government or parlement befor forming parties. In fact, if there is a transposition of the relationship between the government and the parliament in contact with the parties and also the alignment between them, is because of their relation with their producer discourse, not because of their dependence to each other. In this study, we use from procedure,discourse, base building and management (formation of parties, government and parliamentary) in the procedure of formation and dynamism of political parties, the government and the parliament.

    The prophet's administration by leadership of the last prophet (pbuh) faced a lot of opposition. One of the most challenging oppositions was the opposition from the hypocritical movement. In this research the different ways of expressing this opposition and the ways that the prophet's administration handled these oppositions are reviewed. Hypocrites usually expressed their opposition by civil disobedience and the prophet administration had been trying to attract these people to Islamic government and not to be forced to show hard reaction against them. The strategy of rahmat is a pattern that can be derived from the last prophet's methodology in confrontation with hypocrites. This strategy is the prophet administration's long term plan for evolution of the Islamic society in the way of preventing and curing the opposites and damages that stem from that. The hardest reaction of prophet administration against the hypocrites was destroying their base that cause social disruption and of course nobody was killed in this action and it was based on Monotheistic and common frameworks.

    Supportive behaviors based on fraternal motivations which are derived from the teachings of Islam, could be a suitable platform for inspiring and enthusing hearts about the Islamic Republic of Iran, expanding the span of social influence of Iran, and in some cases deepening the government’s strategic objectives. Especially supporting and philanthropic actions are crucial factors for inspiration of hearts and expressing sympathy for other people person (at the time and these are accepted as a common sense for all people. In Iran's foreign policy, bolster behaviors from the upstream rules such as the constitutional law and the words of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei has a high position. This article by using a descriptiveanalytic method tries to answer this question that what is the conception of supportive behaviors in Islamic Republic of Iran’s foreign policy and What are their effects on pursuing foreign affairs objectives. nowadays, supportive behaviors have become an integral part of foreign policy in countries, and from this perspective, plays an important role in international relations. With this approach, different countries try to act in various dimensions with supportive behavior from this method for the aim of indirect effectiveness and persuasive on people in different aimed countries beside providing material and objective benefits in political and economic spheres.

    Islamists in turkey as a crucial zone of the world in the history of Islam always have been quarreling with the seculars of this country. Two broad political spectrums have been seeking Islam in turkey. One of them is the tariqats and the other is the political Islamists. Some of the tariqaties despite their sufi nature built a good relationship with the political islamists and provided social base for Islamic parties and it had a leading role in the winning of political Islamists in democratic struggles. In this essay not only we discuss the role of Islamists in political arena of turkey but also examine the most important Tariqats and their relationship with the political islamists and Islamic parties and at the end by viewing the struggles of political islamists and their conflict with the Kemalists and the reciprocal relationship of tariqats with either of the two political fronts in turkey including Islamists and seculars it will be found that Tariqats by using educational networks provide a good social base for the other two trends and each of these trends try to attract the social base of the tariqats.

    The confrontation and struggle of prophets and elites has been mention in several parts of Quran. This essay is going to answer to this question that why elites struggled against the prophet's preaches? Following this question other questions can be asked including who are the elites in Quran? And what is the meaning of arrogance (estekbar) in Quran what were the tools of prophets and elites for struggle? By referring to Quran and the reviewing the verses that narrate the struggle of elites and prophets it can be said that the legitimacy of exercising power and authority has been the place of conflict between these two groups. Prophets and elites with goals that were different in nature tried to impose authority and this issue resulted in constant struggle between the two groups. In this way the elites used soft tools like propaganda tried to question the legitimacy of prophets and if it was necessary; they have not been afraid of waging devastating wars against the prophets. The prophets used different ways like resistance and Perseverance against the threats and informing people and also negotiating in confrontation with elites.
