In the present world converting science and technology into human-friendly product are important at least as much as creating new knowledge. In recent years Agent technology has a significant growth in all fields, especially in the field of E-health. Agent-oriented software engineering based on agent-oriented methodology is a novel phenomenon in the field of software engineering, which today’s is used in the production of distributed systems. Agent’s special features such as intelligence and autonomy, cause reduction in running costs and performing automatic functions in some systems like electronic health and they have been implemented by Agent technology. Using New communication technologies, distributed systems and intelligent Agents are also considered as a novel phenomenon in medical. This paper analyzes the Agent-oriented Software engineering, Agent Oriented Programming, Multi Agent System and it has provided agent-based system for the hospital by the utilization of agent characteristics.

Designing wind turbines according to existing standards and their study require a complete model. Gearbox is one of the main parts usually simplified in modeling. Stiffness, friction, wear, and twists among gears of in planetary gearboxes, the most commonly used in wind turbines, require a very accurate model for describing different forces in them. To this end, we have applied the bond graph method to model all state equations and effects of variation of the wind torque on gearbox speed. Owing to considering all the forces and losts, the present model has more accuracy than the existing models.

The power transformer is an important component of the overall ingredients of the power system. In the protection of power transformer, discrimination between inrush current and internal fault current of transformer is an important problem. This paper is presented a new method based on Multi Resolution Analysis (MRA) and artificial Neural Networks (ANN) for digital differential protection. Some important characteristics of differential currents in the real power transformer operating conditions are extracted based on MRA. Also, the ANNs are proposed as the core classifier. This paper presents an effective and fast technique, for differentiating the magnetizing inrush and the internal fault of a power transformer by incorporating MRA and ANN. MRA-ANN structures are investigated in the worst case operational noise condition. The effectiveness of the proposed method is tested using numerous inrush and internal fault currents. The obtained results are employed to verify the suitability and the ability of the proposed method in discriminating inrush current from internal fault.

In this paper a novel zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) pulse-width-modulated (PWM) forward DC/DC converter with a simple auxiliary circuit is proposed. The auxiliary circuit switched at zero current (ZCS). The auxiliary circuit is configured in the presented ZVS-PWM forward converter to perform soft-switching in the semiconductor devices and soft commutation of the main switches without additional current stress. Eight transition states for describing the behavior of the ZVS-PWM forward converter in one switching period are described.

Finding minimum vertex guard to cover an art gallery is one of outstanding open problems in computational geometry. In this problem, a given polygonal art gallery is given. The aim is to find minimum vertex guard to cover it. This is a NP-hard problem. The purpose of this paper is to propose a heuristic algorithm that finds minimum number of vertex guard, who is put on the vertex of polygon. This algorithm has been implemented with C#. An arbitrary polygon with n vertices is randomly developed. Computational result of the proposed algorithm shows that the average number of vertex guard needed to cover a polygon with n vertices is n/6.48. This result is better than other algorithms developed for this problem. For this, we finally compare the results of our heuristic algorithm with the result of genetic algorithm and well-known art-gallery theorem.

in the paper, the proposed direct torque control using space vector modulation is based on fuzzy logic technique to replace proportional integral regulator PI anti-windup of the speed of induction motor, in order to reduce torque, flux ripples and get swifter response velocity in comparison with the conventional DTC based on SVM. The MATLAB SIMULINK programming environment is used as a simulation tool. The results obtained, shows the importance of this control method.
