    Aim: The present study addresses the role of strategic engagement regulation as an active promotion strategy in active memory.
    Method
    In order to investigate the present research, 434 female students of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz were selected by multiplestage random sampling method. Then, they completed Strategic Engagement Regulation Scale, Stress Anxiety Depression Scale, The short-form of the state scale of the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory and The Working Memory Questionnaire. Then, the collected data from this sample were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS softwares.
    Results
    The findings of this study showed that the model has good fit and its direct and indirect paths are significant.
    Connclusion: The ability to maintain self-esteem resists people's against factors that make them anxious and depressed. This strategy training and enhancing people's self-esteem and consequently, improving anxiety and depression helps to maintain working memory capacity.

    Aim: the purpose of this research is efficiency assessment of self- compassion training on the mental well- being and self- worth of female students have stress of exam.
    Methods
    Statistical societies of this research are female students of semnan city.34 students who had stress of exam enrolled in this research and divided into two groups randomly (case, control).
    Tool: the method of sampling was multi step cluster. As a pre- test,both groups filled mental well - being and self- worth questionnaires,after that the case group students participated in 8 sessions of self- compassion training classes (each class lasted 90 minutes). After passing self- compassion training class, post- test was performed (both questionnaires refilled again).
    Results
    Results are described below: Post test results determined that there is a statistical relation between self- compassion training and mental well- being. (size effect:0/537)or self- worth of students(size effect:0/282).
    Conclusion
    In the other hand, self- compassion is effective to reduce stress exam and improve mental well- being and self- worth of students.

    Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy games on behavioral problems in children with Down syndrome.
    Method
    The present study was a semi-experimental design with a post-test-pre-test design with a control group. To select the research sample, 12 children with Down syndrome (educational) were selected by random sampling and randomly divided into two experimental and control groups (each group was 6). Then, the teachers of these children responded to the Conner's behavioral questionnaire (Teacher's Form) (pre-test). In the next stage, the experimental group received a cognitivebehavioral therapy during 10 sessions. Finally, the teachers responded to the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and covariance analysis.
    Results
    The results showed that cognitive-behavioral therapy games are effective on behavioral problems (conduct problems, hyperactivity and passive neglect) in children with Down syndrome.
    Conclusion
    Cognitivebehavioral therapeutic play therapy is an effective method for reducing behavioral problems in students with Down syndrome.

    Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate and identify the factors affecting the development of sport and sport priorities in terms of the effectiveness of mental health of the veteran.
    Method
    The present study was conducted using descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all veterans of 25% of the population living in Garmsar city in 1396 in the number of 300 people. Sample size according to Morgan table, 169 people were calculated and selected. The research instrument was GHQ mental health questionnaire and sports priorities.
    Results
    The findings of this study indicate that cognitive factors in the first priority and social factors are the last priority of sportswomen participation, the mental health of the veterans is high and also there is a relationship between the effective factors of sports participation with the mental health of the veterans.. The analysis of regression analysis showed that factors affecting sports participation (cognitive, social, psychological, and biological) can predict the mental health of the veterans.
    Conclusion
    Cognitive factors are very effective in expanding the exercise and can be useful in improving the mental health of the veteran.

    Aim: The aim of this research was evaluating the effectiveness of Lazarus Multimodal therapy the idiosyncrasy and the coping strategies among females high school.
    Method
    It was a random multi stage cluster sampling method, therefore, at fairst of the research 24 Edalat high school student in 19th district among 22 districts of Tehran Education, were selected and they wereassigned to the expcrimentation and control groups. The research pretest and posttest plans were handied by the control group and the coping strategies Lazarus (2006) were used as the tools.
    Results
    The Pretest and posttest of both groups was performed under the same conditions. The experimentation group counseling practices were multimodal therapyfor 8 sessions of group and the control group were kept away from the meetings. The data were processed by univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance and the results revealed that the implementation of Lazarus Multimodal therapy can here significant effection improving thecoping strategies by 99% confidence limits.
    Conclusion
    According to the results of this study (research), It is suggested that school counselors, should use (cov) the Lazarus Multimodal therapy at schools.

    Aim: Undoubtedly, one of the most important goals of educational systems is to educate motivated, purposeful, progressive and efficient learners. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of mediation of mind-consciousness components in the relationship between different types of goal orientations with four-personality identities.
    Method
    216 high school students from Nehbandan city were selected through multistage random cluster sampling.Participants completed the Wass & Isaacs Educational Identity Questionnaire, Meggli and colleagues 'target orientation, and Baer and colleague's mindfulness awareness. In order to investigate the purpose of the research, the relationship between variables in the form of an causal model was tested and tested.
    Results
    The results of the study showed that the component of the description of the mind of the intermediary consciousness between the goal of mastery and academic identity is successful, the component of observation can be regarded as a mediator between a functional goal orientation and successful, late, and confused academic identities, and the component of interpersonal mediation The avoidance goal is confused and late with academic identities.The goal orientation orientation directly affects the component of description, direct function orientation directly affects the observation and orientation of the avoidance objective directly on the non-active components and mindfulness consciousness. In examining the effect of mindfulness components on academic identity, it was found that the description of only successful academic identity and non-engagement component only affected early academic identity. The component of observation predicts successful academic identity, premature and confused, and the component of consciousness is capable of explaining late and confused academic identity.
    Conclusion
    It is necessary to pay attention to the components of mindfulness and the kind of orientation of the student's goal in order to try to form a successful academic identity.

    Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the early maladaptive schemas and sexual schemas of women and men in enhancing and enhancing relationships.
    Method
    The method used in this causal comparison and the sampling method was multiple sampling cluster sampling and the statistical population of this study included all women and men in 22 districts of Tehran, among which 115 were cluster sampling Multi-stage selection. The questionnaires used in this study were Bam sexual role questionnaire and Yong's early maladaptive schema.
    Results
    There is no significant difference between the two groups of women and men based on the results of independent T-test in the social-alienation scheme. There is a significant difference in other schemas in this area, that is, the women's affiliated group uses these sexual schemas more than men.
    Conclusion
    Finally, based on the results of this study, the mean of female sexual schemas was significantly higher than that of men. This suggests that women have much more mental and personality trauma than men. These differences in sexual schemas were emotional deprivation, sacrifice, inhibition, excitement, stubborn standards, desirability, inadequate self-discipline / self-discipline, and more abandonment than other schemas.
