    Romanticism as an artistic, philosophical movement was an innovation in the expression of feeling and emotion. This school was a reaction against all restrictions imposed by Neo-classicism. Romanticism is a profound literary revolution which culminates in the production of highly individualistic works. This movement arrived the Arab world while it had passed its prime in Europe. The Arab countries which were undertaking some miserable historical transformations welcome this school. As a poet deeply influenced by Romanticism, Shabi brilliantly represented Romanticism in Tunisia, though he lived a short life. This paper will study the elements of Romanticism in the poetry of Shabi.

    Literature audience has permanently searched for profound human moral values, values which require years of experience to be gained and appreciated. Concerning tragedy the fact is that although it arouses man's pity and grief, it leads to catharsis as well. The audience who has experienced throughout drama, leaves the theatre gladly. After the discussion of tragedy in dramatic literature, this paper will examine the epic tragedy of Siavash composed by the great Iranian poet Ferdowsi. This paper will also elaborate on the didactic quality of Ferdowsi as well.

    By mistake, most of the poets, replace poetical happening by poetical narrative or report. Because they do not realize the distinction between the report and the interpretation in the poem, then their poems become rhetorical speech.In this research, we try to show that in the poem and in all kinds of art, the expression is the mirror kind state of poem which in this state artistic ambiguity and appreciation of poems are revealed. This is the state that we find in Hafez of Shiraz and Emrao Al Qais and Sufi poets.

    Mahmood Darvish is one of the most famous poets of Palestine resistance, of those who lived in alienation and refuge, bearing the burden of hardships. The poems of this poet are the most honest experience and the most tangible picture of Palestinians combat; and in spite of the Zionist regimes attempts to practice ethnic, life and civilization cleansing of the Palestinians, the exclamation of this poet still goes beyond other voices, making everybody hear his love of his usurped homeland.The voice that manifests his love and epic for Palestine through his elegies sounds as though it come out of a volcano, cooling down only by revenge. Yet, dealing with the problems of Palestine and resistance did not make him neglect other issues in Arabic poetry since he regarded himself trained by and a follower of old and new poets.In this study, references will be made to some important concepts of his resistance poems, and then samples of each will be discussed and technically like challenge, deprivation, expatriation and wandering, murder and assassination, prison, resistance and irreconcilability, love of homeland, love of homeland, hope for the future.

    Radjaz, the epic verse, is one of the oldest forms of Arabic poetry which in the pre Islamic times included different subjects of priding on tribe or revenging or challenging someone to fight and the like. By the appearance of Islam, there were other subjects such as eagerness for martyrdom and defense of the prophet Mohammad added to former aims of Radjaz. Thus the Islamic Radjaz was combined from meaning of Al-Jahiliyyah and sense of Islam. It seems that the Radjaz of Ashura, the day in which Imam Hoseyn ibn Ali (peace be upon him) was martyred, is the evolution of Islamic Rajaz purified from Jahiliyyah meaning. It's supposed, in addition, to be the greatest model of Islamic literature of resistance in its time that influenced poems composed after. In this article, we try to prove this thought by comparing some Radjaz in Islamic period with Radjaz of Ashura.

    Ibne Hadi Andalusia is deemed amongst the most renowned poets of Andalusia. He has applied a great number of Persian words analyzed in this paper which reveals the profound relationship between the two languages on the one hand, and the influence of the two missionary Vali brothers (Yahya bin Ali, and Jafar bin Ali Andalusia) to prompt this correspondence on the other hand. This research will focus on the representation of Iranian culture and literature in the poetry of Ibne Hadi, mostly to depict another manifestation of the relationship between Persian and Arabic lnguage.

    Translation is one of the first steps and a highly influential element in the development of the literary heritage of a nation. Hence, the study of translation studies is intrinsic to the research activities concerned with comparative literature, the productiveness of which benefitting all eras. Mastering languages of the world is a very painstaking task indeed. Consequently, the comparative researchers welcome translation studies. A glance at the literary translation movements in Iran reveals the very fact that translators active in this field have done a poor job which can be due to lack of enough knowledge of Iranian comparative researchers with western literature. This paper is an attempt to familiarize the readers with comparative literature and introduce the most renowned works translated in Persian language.

    One of the obvious features about cotemporary poetry is profiting the legends as there are many poets who use the legends as a secret to represent their attitude. Some of the poets have used the legends especially Tammouz being famed poets as Tammouz. Badr-sha ker-Al sayyab- contemporary poet of Iraqi is at the head of this group. He has particular knowledge to apply these legends so that you believe he is not able to state his attitude without the use of myths because he was living in a typical territory where the mouth was smelled in case of telling: ”I love you”. He had tendency to political activities in a period of his life and struggled permanently to prove a revolution and his pen was his solitary weapon. Among these legends, Tammouz has a special status because it symbolizes evolution and change in political and social condition, the revolution which improves the people’s lives. The present article is going to consider the role of legends especially Tammouz in the poetry of Sayyab.
