    In this article, the role of Sociological Factors affecting youthparticipation in the cities of Mazandaran province has been investigated. The theoretical framework and theoretical model were presented using theorist's theory such as Lipset, Weber, Perry, and so on. This research was conducted through a survey method, formal and structural validity was used and reliability was also obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The statistical population of the study consists of young people aged 18 to 35 years old in Mazandaran province whose number is 65240 according to the census statistics. Using Cochran formula, 380 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. To analyze the data, two methods of descriptive and inferential statistics were used and analyzed using SPSS software. Findings indicate that independent variables of social responsibility, political effectiveness, political socialization, social class and religious beliefs have the significant relationship with the dependent variable of political participation. These three variables account for 62.2% of the total change in political participation, and the role of the function of the authorities is greater than the other two variables. Regarding the beta values, the variable of religious beliefs has the highest and variable political effectiveness has the least impact on political participation.

    The purpose of this study was to determine the constitution of the development model for cultural centers studied in Mazandaran Province. The basic elements of the eight developmental patterns for youth cultural centers in Mazandaran province which include religion, employment, national education, research, health, technology and communication show that the fundamental components of eight development models for youth cultural centers in Mazandaran. This is also an important question of the literature and cultural pattern of Mazandaran Province. Each of the eight indicators agreed on the structure of cultural centers of the province and the average of each of these indexes that was conducted with a statistical methodology indicates that the average indicator of coverage is the highest and dimensions of the religious index, research, health, employment, technology, light of life and national index are the lowest.

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of education and economic status of women in promoting the culture of environmental protection (Case study of employed and unemployed women between 30-45 years old in Gilane Gharb). The statistical population includes all employed and unemployed women. A simple random sampling method and a sample size of 352 people were obtained based on Cochran's formula with the help of a researcher-made questionnaire, which included 100 questions. The necessary information was added to the data. The results show that as the women's age increases, their participation in promoting the culture of environmental preservation decreases and the relationship between women's economic status and their promoting of environmental preservation culture is more meaningful. In other words, the higher economic status of women, the more attention is to the environment.

    This study considered the sociological explanation of critical thinking on teaching reading skill among young Iranian pre-intermediate EFL learners. For this purpose, 40 pre-intermediate learners, 19-30 years old, were chosen after administering a non-probability sampling design from classes at Foreign Language Institute in Babol. These 40 participants were randomly allocated to two groups (one experimental and one control group) each comprising of 20 persons. The participants received a pre-test connected to reading skill separately to ensure that they failed to have previous knowledge. The experimental group received the treatment associated critical thinking to learn reading skill. Then the participants were asked to answer IELTS Reading Test. But control group just received the usual instructions as before. After the treatments, the same pre-test was given to the participants as post-test to evaluate the effect of treatment. After collecting and analyzing the data, the results indicated that critical thinking had a positive effect on teaching reading skill in in English.

    The present paper examines the sociological factors affecting the decline in academic failure. In this study, the theoretical approaches of functionalism, structuralism, interactivity and critique are used. Using literature and research history, four hypotheses were extracted. From the point of view of the target, it is a survey method. The statistical population of this research includes secondary school students of Mazandaran Province in the academic year (2017-2018). The sample size calculated according to the Cochran formula was 170 students. To obtain the samples, a simple random method was used. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire and using tables and inferential statistics in SPPS statistics software. Findings suggest that there is a significant relationship between non-family variables, socioeconomic status, occupational attitude and social capital with decreasing academic failure in the statistical society. Regarding the results of regression analysis and path analysis, the variables with coefficients (36%), (32%), (31%), (30%), the highest coefficient of the effect of standardized regression on dependent variables has had.

    Self-control is one of the most important skills that are considered as the main characteristic of individual adaptability. Indeed, an individual with self-control ability is one who can prioritize his/her goals and keep a balance between his/her emotions and thoughts. The purpose of this study was to compare self-control and behavioral activation and prevention systems in both normal and blind people. For this purpose, a descriptive and cross-sectional research frame was used. A sample of 80 people (40 normal and 40 blind people) was selected randomly. In order to measure the research data, scales of self-control and behavioral activation and prevention systems were used. In order to use this scale, its reliability and validity were measured and confirmed. The research data were analyzed in the SPSS. The findings revealed the score of behavioral activation and prevention systems in two groups of respondents (blind and normal ones) are different (p≤0.001). Also findings showed that the scores of self-control systems in two groups of respondents (blind and normal ones) are not different (p≤0.001). It can be concluded that self-control and behavioral activation and prevention systems of blinds are more sensitive than normal people.

    The purpose of the present study is to explain sociologically the couples’ common life relationships by family educative patterns. Statistical population includes 10692 couples in Farashband City. The sample size of this research is estimated 370 people using SPSS Software. A multi-stage random sampling method used which was according to blocking map of Farashband city. A number of blocks were selected randomly and in the next stage a number of residential units were selected randomly too. The method of this study is survey and data is gathered through the questionnaire. Findings showed that there is a direct and significant relation between independent variables such as human patterns, couples’ religious impressionability of parents, educative style patterns of couples in childhood and media patterns and dependent variable of couples’ common life relationships. Multiple regression analysis also showed that the independent variables of the study explain 41.8 percent of the dependent variable variance of the couples' common life.

    Nowadays the global changes process and various developments in various fields of economic, social and cultural rights at the national level have led to present the issue of religion in the country as a sub-category alongside other categories and it is on the sidelines. The aim of this study is to investigate the practices and factors affecting attitudes to religion among high school students in Andimeshk city. Views of Durkheim and Weber were selected as the theoretical framework. Research methodology is survey from the kind of correlation and the unit of analysis is the respondent. Sampling method is stratified sampling and simple random and the sample size is 300, according to Cochran formula. The data collection tool is questionnaire. In analyzing the data, it is used Kendall's correlation coefficient, chi-square, multiple regression analysis and path analysis software SPSS. The results show that the mean of the rate of tend to religion is average. There is a direct relationship between the variables of religious missionaries' role, the role of religion in signifying the life, the role of religion in meeting the spiritual needs and attitude towards the up to date religion. Regression analysis showed that 54 percent of the change in the attitude to religion is related to the independent variables. According to the results of the analysis, the total amount of direct influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is equal to 0.9, indirect impact equal to 0.98 and total direct and indirect effects are equal to 1.88.
