    یکی از مباحث مهمی که از دیرباز مورد توجه فلاسفه بوده است، بحث سعادت و شقاوت است که ب هخصوص در فلسفه اخلاق اهمیت محوری م ییابد. اما به دلیل تفاوت در جهان بینی، دیدگاه واحدی درمورد چیستی سعادت وجود ندارد. در این مقاله چیستی سعادت و ب هویژه، سعادت حقیقی و عوامل موثر در آن از دیدگاه علامه طباطبایی)ره(با روش توصیفی تحلیلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. یافته ها نشان داد که از نظر علامه، عامل سعادت، ایمان است و معرفت، اراده، عمل صالح و اخلاق در ارتقای ایمان و رسیدن به سعادت موثرند. بنابراین، می توان به جای فروکاستن سعادت به یک عامل منفرد مانند معرفت یا رشد عقلی، یک شبکه مفهومی برای سعادت در نظر گرفت. همچنین، بر اساس دیدگاه خاص علامه می توان دو عامل علم و اراده را به نوعی از هم تفکیک کرد. در چنین منظومه ای، نظا مهای تربیتی علاوه بر تلاش جهت تقویت بنیه های معرفتی متربیان، باید جهت تقویت اخلاق، اراده و ایمان نیز به عنوان هدف غایی حیات و تربیت، برنامه ریزی و اقدام کنند و توجه داشته باشند که اراده و ایمان، صرفا با تقویت علم و حکمت قابل حصول نیست؛ بلکه نیاز به تمرین و ممارست عملی دارد.

    امروزه ارتباطات انسانی و شیوه های برقراری ارتباط از جایگاه ویژه ای در تمام حوز ه حیات انسانی دارد. در حوزه تربیت دینی و آموزش مفاهیم وحیانی نحوه برقراری ارتباطات جهت انتقال پیام به مخاطبان، نقش بسیار حایز اهمیتی دارد.ب نابراین، شناخت شیوه غالبا رتباطی، میزانا ثربخشی تعاملاتب ی نفردی و گروهی راا فزایش م یدهد. هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی شیو ه هایب رقراریا رتباطب ا مخاطبان در تربیت دینی کارکنانن اجاا ست. تحقیق حاضرا زن وع کاربردی و بهل حاظ روش توصیفی تبیینیا ز نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کارکنان کلانتر یهای غرب تهران تشکیل م یدهند. روش نمون هگیری، طبق های است که تعداد 280 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان انتخاب و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفنتد.ابزار گردآوریا ین پژوهش پرسشنامها ستاندارد مهار تهای ارتباطی و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تربیت دینی است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان م یدهد که شیوه های برقراری ارتباط با مخاطبان بر تربیت دینی با 62 درصد اثرگذاری با 99 درصد ضریب اطمینان در سطح 01 / 0 مورد تایید واقع گردید. همچنین شیوه احساسی با 48 درصد و شیوه شنیداری با 23 درصد و شیوه کلامی با 48 درصد و شیوه غیرکلامی با 58 درصد در سطح کمترا ز 01 / 0 درصد مورد تایید واقع گردید. ضمن آنکه درب ررسی مدل رگرسیونیا ز رگرسیون گا مب هگاما ستفاده گردید که درن هایت شیوه های غی رکلامی،ا حساسی و شنیداری توانستند با 63 درصد، واریان سها را تببین کرده و بر تربیت دینی کارکنان ناجا اثرگذار باشند.

    عزت نفس یک ادراک و خودآگاهی است که فرد نسبت به داشت ها و قابلیت های خود دارد. کارکنان سازمان تحت تاثیر عوامل متعددی می توانند به عزت نفس سازمانی دست یابند. انعکاس عزت نفس کارکنان در میزان انگیزه و علاقه مندی افراد در محیط کار مشخص می گردد. در این مقاله با مروری بر تحقیقات صورت گرفته در این حوزه، شش عامل سازمانی، امنیت، احترام، عدالت، مشارکت در تصمیم گیری، امکان پیشرفت و نیازهای زیستی و فیزیولوژیکی مورد مداقه قرار گرفته است.

    From a long time ago, one of the important subjects that have attracted the attention of philosophers, is well-being and ruthlessness that specially have a central role in ethic philosophy. But, there is no single viewpoint on the nature of well-being, due to difference in worldview. In this essay, from the view of Allameh Tabatabaei, the nature of well-being and in particular, real well-being and effective factors on the well-being, have been studied by the descriptive-analytic method. Findings revealed that in the opinion of Allameh, faith is causing the well-being, and cognition, will, competent act and ethics are effective on faith raising and atttaining to well-being. Thus, instead of reducing the well-being to singular factor such as cognition or intelectual growth, there is possible to consider the conceptual net for the well-being. Futhermore, based on the Allameh's particular viewpoint, can be, in some way, separate two factor of science and will from each other. In such structure, training systems must be, in addition to endeavor for strengthening the cognitive staminas, to program in the direction of strengthening the ethic, will, and faith as ultimate purpose of life and training, and should be notice that will and faith, merely through strengthening of knowledge and wisdom is not attainble, but requiring to practical exercise.

    Today, human relationships and the ways that such a tool that is used in many sciences and technologies. This means it is time for dating, thinkers and scholars have always considered, so that today the addition of its strategy, the application directions are used. The purpose of this study is to identify ways to communicate with audiences in religious education staff has Naja. In terms of applied research and descriptive - survey has been used Research to determine how best to align the population with Is used so that employees selected 91 police in West Tehran According to Morgan, the sample size was 280 Using a standard questionnaire, communication skills and religious education, which has the reliability of 88.9 and 79.8 are examined. The results show Ways to communicate with audiences on a religious upbringing with 0.62 with 0/99 confidence level impact 0.01 was approved. Also feeling the way with 0.480 and aural style with 0.23 and verbal manner with 0.48 and nonverbal practices with 0.58 in less than 0.01 of cases were actually confirmed. While in the stepwise logistic regression model was used to examine the ways in which non-verbal, emotional and aural managed with. 0.63 and the variance of the Tbbyn religious education staff failed to meet the required word Naja be effective.

    The Self-Respect is a perception and self-consciousness that the individual has to his capabilities. The staff of organization, under the effects of several elements would be able to obtain the organizational self-respect. The reflection of staff self-respect is determines in the measure of motive and interest in the work environment. In this article, by review of fulfiled researches in the field, have studied six factors: organizational, ecurity, respect, justice, participation in making-decision, possibility of progress and vital and physiological needs.

    The intellectual and ideological beliefs of managers have a deep effect on the way of their management. The beliefs can be, in longtime, create exclusive organizational culture for the ideology. The Leader of the Faithful Ali(PBUH) during his government, had written statements and letters to his agents, and in those, gave guidances, based on monotheistic values, for ruling in society that their knowledgement and applying, have a remarkable influence on formation of transcendental cultural and growing environment. Thus, extraction the effective factors on formation of mental - cultural environment in islamic organization based on religious teachings, have a specific important that specially available in the Letter 53 of Nahj-Al-Balagheh. The essay, in type, is qualitative research that by means of the content analysis method and through emphasis on the data-based theorization technique have deal with the subject of intellectual-ideological beliefs of managers in the Letter 53 of Nahj-Al-Balagheh to Malek-Ashtar. The results including 14 categories as follow respectively: acquaintance with indisputable Verses of Quran and Tradition, good deeds, lack of abuse in responsibility, obligated to law, faithfulness to pledge, denial of complimentary expressions or acts, avoidance from the lust, change, commitment, effort and stability, lack of instrumental use of religion, willingness to accept responsibility, denial on close friends and relatives abuse, denial of faultfinding and driving away the faultfinders, and avoidance of tattlers.

    Insight is the most winning weapon to opposition with sedition and everything that is based on the element of deception. In strict situation of sedition, giving-insight and increasing-insight is of the most important things that should be performed from the defense forces of the revolution and the trusteeship system. This research is applied of the type and its method is descriptive-surveying. The method to collect the information and documents is attributive-surveying and its statistic community of this research including NAJA staff that during the 1388/2009 events, had a managing role for control the events and establishing the peace in Tehran. The sample size of this study, by using of the Cochrane formula to calculate the number of 130 persons. In this study, the classificatory random sampling method has been used. For information and data analysis, have been used from descriptive and deductive statistics, and SPSS software.The findings of this research show that The organization of Aghidati-Siasi of NAJA, by explanation of dimensions and nature of the events after the elections 1388/2009, had a effective role in increasing-insight of NAJA staff and had been effect the activities of SAAS NAJA Political deputyship in rising the political insight of NAJA staff.

    The object of this study was to identify undesirable impacts of bad-veiling upon the dimensions of community health. For this purpose, had been studied the bad-effects of bad-veiling as one of social problems affecting the dimensions of physical, mental, social and spiritual health of the population. The way of performing this research is analytic and descriptive, and needed data have collected from libarical sources and summary of researches. The results suggest that veiled women have possess more psycho health rather to bad-veiling persons. The rate of social anxiety in bad-veiling women is less the rate social anxiety in perfect veiled women. The Islamic veil increasing on strengthening the family system and prevents from dissolution of the marital strong hearth, and providing the social security. Bad-veiling undermined spiritual beliefs. The egligence from God, is of harmful effects of bad-veiling on spiritual health of society.
