Political thoughts are based upon certain principles. Political sientists reflect their opinions in the framework of these principles, which always root in a certain religion or school. Ayatollah Khamenei, as an islamic thinker, has religion-based political thoughts which are affected by different dimensions. Among these dimensions, is the jurisprudence aspect of these thoughts that has rarely been noticed by researchers. In the present research, the jurisprudence principles of the politics about relations with America, in the viewpoint of Iran's leader, in investigated. According to these principles, any kind of dominance, loss making or oppression from foreigners on Muslims is cancelled based on principles like the rule of no way, principle of no loss or principle of lack of cooperation on wrong an force. In political thought of Iran's leader, these principles are considered among the main strategies of the Islamic Republic of Iran in achieving grand goals of the Islamic Revolution upon which the politics about relations with America is remedied.

Survival and continuity of life involves the work and activity. The urgent need to work and effort has existed from the beginning of creation and with passing years, its importance becomes more apparent and encompasses a large part of human life. Great efforts create strength, perseverance and discipline in doing jobs. As a result, without it, there isnt motivation and accuracy, and works cause fatigue and boredom. Reaching to great efforts is a goal for more success in life. So, researchers have focused their attention to the strategy clarification and barriers related to the promotion of work culture and effort in the Islamic society due to promoting individual and society. In this research, strategy clarification and barriers related to the promotion of work culture and effort in the Islamic society have been investigated with cited to tradition of infallible imams, Quran and elite sire. The important and effective agents than can be impressive in afficiency and eventually in police staff,s operation, are paying attention to dimensions and personality traits and practicing of religious beliefs which can create a workable organization. Thus, the present search was to evaluate five personality traits (extroversion, neurosis, flexibility, agreeableness, accountability) in relation to the emplayee,s exercise of religious beliefs. This search aimed to (applications) and the nature and description of the type (correlation) or with special unit police field command level (in Tehran) was conducted in 1393 to collect data for this search: 1- The practice of religious beliefs question naire (Temple 2- form 25 item- doctor Golzari) and 2- The characteristic of the NEO personality Inventory- short form (NEO-FFI) was used, and were distributed after review, approval and lasting between considering sample of 320 person from Tehran special unit employees (222 person, operational and 98 person, administrative) that were chosen according to random sampling and Morgan table.Finally, obtained datas were analyzed with SPSS software using pearson correlation statistics and following results were obtained: Findings of research (at 05/0) showed that the practice of religious beliefs and personality characteristics there is a meaningful relation that in this way the relation of religious beliefs with personality traits were indi cated from the negetive meaningful relation between neurosis with religious beliefs and possitive meaningful relation of extroversion, flexibility and accountabilityand agreeablenes with religious beliefs.

In course of human history,factors such crime,guilt,social deviation and non-compliance with the norms and values bring several problems in society and human being have always been in thought of individual preservation and crime prevention.With regard to the fact that police force is responsible for maintaining calmness and establishment of public order and security and due to struggling with criminals and offenders, they are more exposed to damages and deviations. This important issue have encouraged the officials and senior managers to give techniques to preserve and prevent crime and guilt among NAJA staff. The purpose of this study is to explain preservation and prevention of crime and guilt in viewpoint of Quran and ways of institutionalizing it among NAJA staff.This essay, in type,is basic. Studies and researches are qualitative,so the methods we used in this paper are based on descriptive,library, and documentary.Finds and results revealed that Quran preservation take development and transcendence of man in to consideration and its guides prevent man from falling.For this purpose,God almaighty, in Quran karim, notified his massages by various ways including healing,mercy,sermon,guidance for the belivers and loss for the conservatives.Quran also notify criminal prevention by giving punishment to offenders.Given the penalty to prevent the occurance of crime is very effective because it is both painful and infamous for criminals.Fear of punishment can prevent the performance of criminals to be.If guilt know that there is an executive laws for his fault that they run without any negligence, He never find himself as a free person to do any things. So existence of the information law and then firmly implement laws are an obstacles for the occurrence of crime.
