    This article investigate the relationship of some student and teacher variables with mathematics achievement based on Creemers model of Educational Effectiveness. To select sample size, 124 person (3213males,2816 females) within 238 school were selected from eight grade of TIMSS 2011. The variables used in this analysis exist in two levels: The student level (level 1): Sex, Social-Economic Statue, student's attitude, self-efficacy, utility, Time and opportunity. The Teacher level (level 2): Experiance, Education, Time, Opportunity and teaching. Two-level hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) was used to explore the relationship between mathematics achievement and the hypothesized predictors in this analysis. The results indicated that in student level the relationship between Social-Economic Statue, selfefficacy and attitude with mathematics achievement was positive but relationship between, utility and Time with mathematics achievements was negative. The relationships between Sex and Opportunity with mathematics achievement was not significant. In teacher level the relationship between Experiance with mathematics achievement was significant but there is not significant relationship between other variables in teacher level with mathematics achievement. Predicting mathematics achievement in two levels represent the utility of Creemers model in investigate of mathematics achievement.

    The main objective of study was to investigate The effectiveness of executive functional on improving of working memory, attention, schedule/organization/resolvent ability and academic achievement in students of math learning disorder. To attain this goal, The target population includes students all of fourth, fifth and sixth grade with math learning disability, specific learning disabilities schools of Bilesavar in grade school year 92-1391, 32 students with math learning disability in the population were selected by simple random sampling. Tools used in this study include: Researcher made questionnaire, Raven's IQ test, Key- Matt math test, Shelve math achievement test, Wechsler Numerical Memory Scale, continuous performance test and Tower of London Procedure. While research method of study is a pilot study with clinical trial, The pre-test and post-test be done with the control group, Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance (MACNOVA). Results showed that is a significant difference between groups of students with math problems and control in working memory, attention care, schedule/organization/resolvent ability and achievement. This means that working memory, attention maintenance, schedule/organization/resolvent ability and academic achievement of test group increased after executive function training. It can be concluded that executive function intervention can be used to improve the executive function and academic achievement of students with math impaired.

    This article investigate the relationship of emotional intelligence and leadership style in middle manager of education. To select sample size, 124 person (110males,14 females) were chosen with randomly samplying method. and completed the emotional intelligence scale, mayer & Salovey (2000) and MLQ scale, Bass & Avolio (1995) with 33 and 38 items respectively. Reliability of these questionare with Cronbakh alfa method were (.74) for emotional intelligence and (.80) for leadership style. The face validity of two questionare was investigate. Then data analysed with correlation and step by step regression. The results showed that there were significant relationship between self-motivation, empathy, social skills with Development-oriented style. Relationship between self-awareness, selfregulation and empathy with Pragmatic style were significant too. The results of stepwise regression showed that Development-oriented style is explained by empathy and Pragmatic style is explained by self-awareness and empathy.

    The aim of this paper was to investigate the possibility of placing of Smart schools at High School in the city of Khorramabad. The study was done with Descriptive- survey method. The statistic society of the study included all the School administrators city of Khorramabad The population of the society was 325. The volume of the sample was determined 176 persons according Morgan table. The sample of study was choosed by using random sampling. The data collection tool was made by the abdolvahabi (2012) and its validity and reliability were proofed using content validity and Cronbach,s alpha Coefficient (r= 0.87) respectively. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive static) and T test. The final results showed that Possible establishment of smart schools in the city school Khorramabad some aspects like attitudes, Appropriate organizational culture and is average. it is doesn’t exist according to Performance and financial supply and required supports.

    Learning Disability are a common problem in eduction achievement & the most common Learning Disability is Dyslexic Disorder. The evidences indicated the influence of Profile differences in Psychiatric Disorders Comorbidity in males Middle School Student. To assessment of psychiatric comorbidity of comparative study was performed in Profile Male adolescents with and without Dyslexic in Middle School Student in East region of Teheran. Participants included 300 Middle School Student (n=150),The sample consisted of 300 adolescents, 150 with Dyslexic diagnosis and 150 with typical reading skills & abilities, screened from a larger sample in the public schools at age range of 15-16 old years. who were selected by cluster sampling method from different school of East region of Teheran. All participants observed Dyslexic Scale, Psychiatric Disorders Checklist & other Psychiatric Questionnaire. There was significant difference between clinical population and typical reading skills & abilities in Psychiatric Disorders comorbidity,obtained higher scores in ADHD, SA, CD & DD. Psychiatric disorders in children with reading disorder have a higher comorbidity of psychiatric disorders in this children with reading disorder is different.

    In this study, qualitative methods of, we attempted to examine the role and effectiveness of educational and career guidance counselors at the school school students to be addressed. This question was posed in the sense that the questions were 1 - Do the students are satisfied with their field advisor from 2 the knowledge students have enough information about the service advisors? Questions for each theme was discussed and analyzed. Result from question one is that the students were satisfied with their choice, but its satisfaction in the interest stating they were into this field. In question two, the poor function of the school counselor, the counselor introduces students to the knowledge, knowledge students have about the services of consultants.

    The growing development of knowledge, technology and information require societies to adopt skills which advance them towards technology and knowledge. This research aims at studying the relationship between the information technology and innovation of Female high school teachers in Tehran. The methodology of research was descriptive-correlational and its population consisted of 7216 Female high school teachers in Tehran, 375 of whom were selected based on Kerjesy-Morgan table and Multi-stage cluster sampling method. To gather the data, the verbal questionnaire of Torrance (1974) was employed which concluded 60 questions assessing varieties of abilities in innovation (initiative, flexibility, fluency). A researcher-made test was used in order to determine the existing level of information technology; in addition, SPSS was employed to analyze the data obtained. Results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between information technology and teachers’ innovation. Regarding the research hypotheses, it could be concluded that there was a positive relationship between information and communication technology and flexibility, extension, innovation and fluency of Female high school teachers in Tehran.

    The model of the Item Response theory and applications of answering the main question of differentiated functions including assessment, implementation and evaluation of a computerized adaptive item bank questions to solve practical problems, the academic achievement of have developed eventful and measurement approach. In the wake of the many instruments have been a lot of criticism about the student such that score ratings are combined to make comparison with other tools. According to a database query answering for the variables to be flexible tool to well fitted by the form of short subjects are structured to provide computer-adaptive test for assessing ideas and bring all makes possible. This paper questions the methodology of database iem response theory in the field of applied strategies are proposed.
