    The difference of cost of equity in different life cycles of firms from growth to decline can help the firms to provide finance and understand the effect of life cycle in costs of financial provision with the important consequences in strategic planning of firms. This research investigates the stages of life cycle of firms and costs of equity with data from 113 firms of The Firms Listed in Tehran Stock Exchange from 2003 to 2014. Testing the hypotheses, multiple regressions was used based on the combined data. The results showed that the cost of equity in the stages of decline increases and in growth and mature stage decreases than that in shake out stage. The findings of this research are consistent with life cycle theory of firms.

    Since financial service provider organizations, especially banks work in an environment with indistinct products, quality of their services is the first competitive tool. This research aimed at examining the impact of total quality management on profitability of Mehr-Egtesad Bank and Saderat Bank. For doing so, six hypotheses were tested. The research statistical population consisted of 135 individuals. The research sample size was 100 individuals chosen via Cochran formula (limited population). The data were collected by a standard questionnaire including 27 items with six scales. The questionnaires were distributed among 100 managers and employees of the mentioned banks. The research main variables factors were identified by exploratory factor analysis and then the hypotheses were evaluated by Lisrel software using structural equations modeling. The results showed a positive impact of total quality management in Mehr-Egtesad Bank and Saderat Bank confirmed by previous research results.

    Taking the 2011-2015 public listed financial and non-financial firms in Pakistan as the sample of the study, this paper scrutinizes the sway of ownership structure on capital structure. The multivariate regression analysis technique is used because the dependent variable is influenced by the more than one independent variable. The final results reveal that capital structure decision is positively associated with the board of director size and non-executive director’s percentage while it is negatively related with the percentage managerial shareholding.

    This study investigates empirically the determinants of innovation performance of Pakistani SMEs, through micro level evidence. There is research gap of innovation analysis of Pakistani SMEs at micro level. The data has been drawn from World Bank Enterprise Survey of 1247 Pakistani manufacturing SMEs, by applying Bivariat Probit model. Our findings indicated that Pakistani SMEs are less probability to introduce product and process innovation. Additionally, external R&D, networking, absorptive capacity and exports have positive and significant effect on product and process innovation. This provides a way for policy makers to increase investment in infrastructures (i.e. telecommunications and network) and knowledge based assets (i.e. R&D) and should contribute private and public sectors organizations to increasing the innovation performance of SMEs.

    This paper treats the role of business incubators in the increase of small and middle enterprises in Kosovo. Business incubators offer the opportunity of growth of SMEs in the start-up phase by creating a comfortable supportive environment for a certain time since their establishment. According to the literature, the business incubator is an important instrument for local, national and beyond economic development. Knowing the difficulties that start-ups face, business incubators enable start-ups to have access in: managerial assistance, mentorship, finances, Office space for the lower price than the market price, flexible rental, technical support services, common management services and secretary as well as other support services. Their opportunities are welcomed and hopeful for the initial phases of the development of SME in Kosovo. The purpose of this paper is to estimate the role of incubators and their impact on business development in Kosovo using the analytical approach. To achieve the objective of this paper, we have analyzed data from existing literature of various authors and reports for the role of business incubators. According to results derived from this paper, we came to a conclusion that business incubators are the main factor for the development of SME and consequently, overall economic growth in Kosovo.

    Today, knowledge of ergonomics is viewed as an effective factor of individual and organizational productivity and performance. The purpose of the present research is to determine the relationship between knowledge of ergonomics and effective factors of labor productivity in Pars Special Economic Energy Zone, site 2, and Iranian PetroPaydar Company. This is a correlation study. Research statistical population included employees of the two aforementioned (N=244). 96 individuals were selected as research sample through using simple random sampling method. Data were collected through using a five-point Likert scale (from extremely low to extremely high) questionnaire consisting of three demographic, ergonomic, and productivity divisions. Data of research samples were gathered using self-response method and analyzed through descriptive statistical indicators and Chi- square test. Research findings show that there is a significant relationship between ergonomics and productivity; further, staffs’ highest mean scores were assigned to the clarity and role recognition (73.73), and ability (59.54) components. According to the obtained results, it is concluded that increasing labor productivity requires higher knowledge of ergonomics.

    In Century 21, due to the wide variety of environment and continual changes, effective individual and organizational management is encountered with considerable challenges. One of the challenges is procrastination phenomenon in organization. Latin term of procrastination is consisting of origins of “pro and “crastinus, meaning “put off till tomorrow”. This term is equal to postponing, delaying, or putting off. Various factors are effective on procrastination in the organization. The present study aimed to evaluate the effective factors on employees’ procrastination in the organizations. The recent researches considered the effective individual, environmental, and organizational factors on procrastination. The main approach of the present study is the evaluation of effective organizational factors on employees’ procrastination. The results of the study showed that the most important effective organizational factors on procrastination are unsuitable structure, extreme bureaucracy, evaluation system of unsuitable performance in the organization, having procrastinator managers and employees and the lack of supervision and control.
