    Entrepreneurship is one of the growing areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the country is becoming the leader in the Middle East for reforming Entrepreneurship and the ease of doing business. Nowadays, there are several creative ideas by individuals and many of these ideas do not become a reality due to difficulties in getting outside capital. However, recently, investors are following crowdfunding approach in order to fund start-ups and small creative products. In this paper, an entrepreneur matchmaking tool is presented that is expected to solve some of the problems that exist for both creators of innovative technical ideas and investors to help bringing creative ideas to life. The main purpose of developing this tool is to provide a common platform that will be acting as a middleware between creative people and investing parties in the Middle East. The system includes features like facilitating negotiation between parties, protecting of funding and ideas, creating and managing contracts between the parties, and controlling and tracking communication between the involved parties, among others. The Web-based tool gives the chance for interesting idea creators in the Middle East region to achieve their dreams with the support from investors who seek creative products in order to lead the market and be at the top of their competitors. In addition, the Web-based tool has high potential in providing entrepreneurship opportunities for women in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who can work from home in a Saudi Arabia work environment which has limited opportunities for women.

    The aims of this research is to identify and rank the effects of deployment of an online document registration system in order to reduce crimes. The research method is applied in terms of its objectives, it is descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method, and quantitative in terms of data analysis method. The statistical population of this study includes 4 experts in the field of online document registration of notary public offices of Mashhad City in Iran. For doing this survey the effects and consequences of the establishment of an online document registration system are identified by referring to the previous researches and a questionnaire is developed using the Delphi technique. According to the experts’ opinion, the results indicate that the eight factors are identified as factors affecting the establishment of an online document registration system in order to reduce crimes. Also, to assess the rating and importance of each dimension in terms of impact on and being influenced by each other, a questionnaire based on DEMATEL method is distributed among experts. The collected data has been analyzed using the BT DEMATEL SOLVER software. Results show that the most influential factor is reduction of forgery of documents and the factor that has been greatly affected is prevention of speculation.

    The third millennium management calls for a paradigm shift from negativity to the positivity for optimal use of potentials, statuses, and positive human resource capabilities using positive organizational policies and procedures. Positive psychology movement has led to significant achievements for human resources management and leaders. In practice, it is also revealed that applying positive psychological maxims in work is correlated with increased productivity. The present paper, which is a scientific review, intends to study the positive psychology concept and the effect of authentic leadership and organizational atmosphere through literature review.

    The banks are very important institutions in any given economy due to their role of financing the economy. Banks if not properly regulated can fail and hinder their primary role. The main aim of the study was to carry out a literature review on the Relationship between bank failure and economic activities. The specific objectives of the study are; to review the theoretical literature that anchors the study that links bank failure and economic growth, to review the empirical literature on the channels that link bank failure and economic growth, to investigate the gaps in the theoretical and empirical literature on the channels that link bank failure and economic growth and to propose a theoretical framework for linking bank failure and economic growth. The study is anchored by the agency theory, the contagion and the theory of lemons. The study empirically reviewed past studies in similar area and established gaps. The result indicated that the essential cause of the banking crunch is a physical one. Deregulation made it conceivable for commercial banks to also achieve activities of speculation banks, and for investment banks to also achieve actions of commercial banks. This had the effect of letting these organizations to association liquidity and credit risks in an unrestrained way. Double liability disclosures shareholders of deteriorating banks to misplace not only the original amount capitalized but also an amount identical to the par value of shares periods the number of shares possessed. The bank channels have a precarious role in the determining of the economy in the following ways. In the direct wealth effect when the banks fail, the investors who did not have the credits insured will have reduced wealth. This will in turn affect the real economy due to abridged consumer expenditure. Conclusion was made that bank failure remains a major threat to consistent economic growth that leads to development. The impact caused by economic contraction prevalent during this phase originated due to several shocks resulting in liquidity preference increase among depositors who preferred holding more currency to demand deposits and other liabilities. To this end, capital squeeze created reduction in money supply that affected entrepreneurial financing leading to slowdown in economic activity.

    As women represent half of the population of India, Women Empowerment is one of the most focused issues in the present world. We can see easily that in villages as well as in cities women contributing equally, still they are unable to get equal position in society alike man, specifically in the developing countries. Women Empowerment is a widely used but rarely defined word due to its multiplicity and widespread uses. That is the reason why it is a striking area of research. Researcher at various point of time and in different contexts, have highlighted that Income and Education is a well-built factors that is affecting women empowerment. Research highlighted five components i.e. women's sense of self-worth; right to determine choices; right to access to opportunities and resources and right to have live their life in her own way, ability to be a icon of social change, as strong indicator of Women Empowerment. All Such indicators symbolize personality traits like openness to experience and extroversion. Thus the present paper has been framed to analyse women’s empowerment in India on the basis of different personality traits. Based on the finding, various suggestions have been made.
