Learning requires attention. Man is not able to direct his attention fully voluntarily. Attention is controlled by Autonomic Nervous System which does its job automatically according to the requirements of The Survival Mechanism that deals with the being of the person. The Survival Mechanism will direct the required attention to the specific subject if only it thinks that it is necessary for the being of the person in that time. Since learning language intentionally might not be considered vitally important for the being of the person by the Survival Mechanism, it will not direct attention to learning language, instead will do to more important subject necessary for the being which is considered in danger at the moment. Incidental teaching creates such a situation to be considered real by ANS to allocate more attention necessary for learning language. The younger the people, the less control they have over their attention, so the more incidental teaching should be .The relevance of the article to the classroom strategies used in academic settings is quite clear if it is proven that learning language happens more efficiently in situations considered real by the survival mechanism of the person, language academies will need to change their curriculum from explicit to implicit ones. In implicit language learning, students’ attentions are not directed to learning activities; instead they are directed to real communications during which the required language items are presented implicitly in such away that are considered real by the survival mechanism. Therefore, the survival mechanism will allocate more concentration and attention to the person, and consequently, they will actually acquire language more efficiently. This is specially more important for non-adult academic settings

To determine the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha test and confirmatory factor analysis were used. The second order factor analysis method was also used.
Facts: Reliability of five factors was obtained 0.94 which states high reliability of the scale. Second-order factor analysis revealed a five-factor model in which the obtained chi-square was 838.9 and the other model fit indices such as: CMIN/DF (3.4), CFI (0.916), AIC (944.9), IFI (0.916), RMSEA (0.05) which show the model is a good mode.
    Results
In this study, the importance of each factor of solving social problems was determined. The influence of the factor RPS on solving social problems is 0.95, the influence of the factor AS on solving social problems is 0.84, the influence of the factor ICS on solving social problems is 0.70, the influence of the factor NPO on solving social problems is 0.69 and the influence of the factor PPO on solving social problems is 0.68.

The main purpose of this research is to analyze and explain of some issues and challenges of Iran’s educational system based on Rule-Following argument in Wittgenstein's later philosophy. This qualitative research utilized a descriptive, analytical, and interpretive method to review the related literature. Based on results, it can be concluded that, according to Rule-Following argument, the root of some of the challenges in Iran’s educational system is creating a gap between school and society and disregarding the needs of each other. Transferring knowledge and information to student's minds and ignoring the teaching of “how to learn” along with ineffectiveness of graduates, the same look at all disciplines regardless of the essential differences between them, lack of opportunity for learners to participate in a form of life, catching up on the routine, habit and a pivotal degree and earning the power are some of the challenges of the Iranian educational system as a result of a gap between schools and society. The nature of governing rules in educational institutions and societies require that effective relationships between school and community be established, and the environmental and social requirements be considered. Moreover, learning to see things from new angles in order to get rid of the sense of daily routine and overcoming the sense of the urge to essentialism to see the applications and rules of games should be considered as an important matter by authorities in various educational systems. Ultimately, the overcoming of presuppositions and urge to essentialism in order to verify and assess the real affairs will be possible for people when they feel themselves as an exile.
