Present estimates place Bahrain’s population at approximately 70% Shia and 30% Sunni, with other religious groups dominating the marginal percentages. The reign of the al-Khalifa family has largely been characterized by a discrimination against the shia. Many Shia still regard the al-Khalifa family as conquerors, and resent the government’s marginalization of their voice and power within society. On the other side, the al-Khalifa government has typically discriminated against the Shia in the country, oftentimes to the benefit of those citizens and residents that share their faith. Discrimination against Shiites in Bahrain goes back to long decades and this has been confirmed in international reports and by international rights organizations.
Through this paper, based on documents, Shiites status concerning their economic and cultural conditions is evaluated.
All human Rights problems, failure of accountability and impunity are because of structural problem in the political system in Bahrain. This is because the executive and legislative powers, judiciary, security and national wealth are in the hands of the king and his family

From 1990s onward, socio-political struggles and cleavages mainly have been turned in to regional, ethnic and religious- based and excluded from merely classic nature. By attention to impacts of globalization and information & communication revolution, identities and non-classic agents have been become more aware and politicized by aim of emancipation and involving in politics. In this research, the authors try to give analytical answers to this question: from social cleavages perspective and related crisis, what are the roots of Syria crisis and civil war? Hypothesis is: from this theoretical perspective, the Syria crisis’s roots or factors consist of, identity crisis, dissatisfactions and politicization of religious identities (mainly Sonnies in majority) and partly ethnic identities (Kurds), state-building and legitimacy crisis and genesis of ISIS group. The main findings of this research are that: the Syrians religious-ethnic movement with emphasis on Sonnies in 2011 has been rooted in rooted identity and legitimacy crisis and non-overarching state-building, but this movement was deviated quickly from reformist nature into riot and civil war, because of negative involvement of regional and supra-regional powers, impatience of Bashar Assad’s government and the dominancy of power-based and Tkfiri-Jihaddi leaders and mainstreams on the movement.

We have observed a kind of legal and political discrimination between the citizens of these countries in last two decades in many European countries. These discriminations have been leveled against the Muslim citizens of these European countries as the result of incidents like 9/11 and some explosions in European cities.
Discrimination between Muslim and non – Muslim citizens in European countries such as England has resulted in (has brought about) Islamophobia and Anti – Islamism. This essay tries to provide answer to this important question that which factors have caused the emergence of Islamophobia and Anti –Islamism in Britain and how this phenomenon has manifested itself? The paper’s general findings (results) demonstrate that identity factors have played a great role in this dichotomous view, otherizing and Islamophobia in England. In the present paper, There is Separation between types of against of islam.Every citizen has duties as well have rights on Government and the other citizens. If this is not met, the rights and duties, The identity of the citizens of every citizen in society is undermined. One could see the examples of Islamophobiua and Anti – Islamism in England in three different levels: firstly at the public space’s level in the form of verbal and physical violence, secondly at the media’s level through negative portrayal (depicting) (picturing) of Muslims, and thirdly at the state’s level in the form of discrimination in services and citizenship rights.
