    People in every organization could be considered as the most important resource which contributes to the development of that organization. In fact, human capital is the most important dimension of organization’s intellectual capital especially in service-oriented organizations like municipality. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to introduce a suitable framework for human capital evaluation of different municipal districts. This framework consists of three steps. First, the main human capital components and their related indicators are determined through literature survey. Then the relative importance of these components is calculated based on experts’ judgments. Finally, organizations are ranked in terms of human capital components and their relevant indicators. TOPSIS, A well-known multi-criteria decision-making method was used for ranking alternative municipal districts based on the weighted HC criteria. A fuzzy approach was integrated with this method to make up the vagueness of decision-makers’ judgments. The applicability of the proposed framework was demonstrated by a numerical example.

    As green human resource management is known as a way of promotion of sustainable employee practices with the help of interface of every employee, there has always been a question in mind why in some societies green human resource management practices cannot be implemented effectively. The purpose of this paper is to find factors affecting green human resource management practices as barriers to help managers identify the root and be able to surmount the obstacles. As the result showed two groups of factors were defined; 1- Internal factors including personality and upbringing, knowledge of individuals, organizational culture, and 2- External factors including digital divide and education and training. Then the attention is drawn to the significance of these factors to see which one can have the most and the least effect. Therefore to rank the value of these factors the Friedman test was used. The result showed that among all these factors personality and upbringing have the highest effect and digital divide has the lowest effect on green human resource management practices. It is believed that by emphasizing and paying more attention to these factors the implementation of green human resource management can be improved more effectively and employees will be more willing to show green behavior towards the environment or the use of resources.

    Natural ventilation is among those effective methods that is useful in hot dry climates. One of its important uses is in the atrium spaces in the office buildings. Although, as a passive solution, it has a significant impact on the reduction of energy consumption, the control of inlet and outflow of air as well as the control of air current temperature has always been a challenge for architects and engineers. This study aims at designing a model to reduce energy consumption and increase airflow inside the atrium. In so doing, the present study reviews the existing solutions in the inactive area. In this way, using computer simulations, the designed model in the energy software is analyzed and compared. The Design Builder Software is used to analyze the natural ventilation inside the building. The results clearly show that the use of a suitable form in the atrium ceilings with the aim of increasing the absorption of direct sunlight can have a direct effect on natural ventilation and thus reduce energy consumption in hot dry areas.

    Biodiversity and distribution of benthic Meiobenthos in the sediments of the Southern Caspian Sea) Mazandaran) was studied in order to introduce and determine their relationship with the environmental factors. From 12 stations (ranging in depths 5, 10, 20 and 50 meters), sediment samples were gathered in four seasons (2012). Environmental factors of water near the bottom including temperature, salinity, dissolved Oxygen and pH were measured during sampling with CTD instrument(conductivity, temperature and Depth) and the grain size and total organic matter percentage and calcium carbonate were measured in the laboratory. From the 4 group animals (Foraminfera, Crustacea, Worms and Mollusca), 40 species were identified belonging to 29 genera of 25 families belonging to meiofauna and 15 species belonging to 15 genera of 13 belonging to macrofauna. Among seven parameters evaluated, Pearson correlation showed that there is a negative correlation between density of meiobenthos, TOM and depth and there is not a correlation between macrofauna and environmental factors.     In the last decades, large organizations have paid more attention to the topics such as creativity and innovation in organizational level because of changes and evolutions in the increasing competition field and unreliable environmental conditions. This research investigates the influence of emotional intelligence on the organizational innovation. This research is considered application-oriented and descriptive regarding the objectives and data collection method, respectively. Statistical population of the research included 300 employees from whom 169 employees were selected as statistical sample applying simple random sampling method and Cochran`s formula. Data collection was performed on the basis of standard questionnaires of emotional intelligence and organizational innovation. Questionnaire`s stability was calculated as 0.88 applying a Cronbach`s alpha coefficient. The obtained data were analyzed by applying regression and correlation coefficients in software SPSS. Research results showed that emotional intelligence and it`sdimensions had a significant positive influence on the organizational innovation in the employees

    Nowadays Information and Communication Technology effects on all aspects of human activities, such as teleworking, electronic commerce, electronic banking, electronic learning, etc. the most of these services can prevent unnecessary travels in cities especially in rush hour. The aim of this study is to explore the frequency of electronic shopping and in-store shopping in Tehran, according to gender, educational background and employment status in order to obtain some information about the behavior of online and traditional shoppers in Tehran. For this purpose, 510 questionnaires were collected and the shoppers were categorized and analyzed in some groups, using SPSS23. The findings showed that the people often tend to buy their favorable products traditionally. As expected, the percentage of people that never experience electronic shopping is high but the development of online shops and mobile apps can attract people to this way of modern shopping. A good strategy for improving online marketing will reduce traffic congestion, travel time, energy consumption, and air pollution and so on.

    Urbanism directly affects the hydrological cycle. One of the ways to manage runoffs in urban areas that is considered nowadays is green roof creation. Green roof is mainly created in humid and semi-humid areas, and efficiency of green roofs in arid and semi-arid areas has attracted less attention. In the current study, to evaluate the effect of green roof in arid and semi-arid to reduce runoff, an experimental green roof without vegetation was designed in Behbahan city of Khuzestan province in Iran. The city has an arid and semi-arid climate. Experimental Green roof was studied during 7 months. During the study, the data regarding the height of rainfall, soil moisture in different soil layers of the experimental green roof as well as the amount of output runoff were measured. The results showed that the amount of moisture in the surface layer of soil is severely affected by rainfall. The average surface soil moisture has been about 20.5 % and in the deep and middle layers has been 24.8 and 24.1, respectively. In addition, regarding runoff reduction and delays in creating runoff, the results showed that in the observed rain events, in average, 92.2 percent of volume of rainfall has been kept in soil, and has not been converted into runoff. Due to arid and semi-arid climate of the target area and high-intensity of rainfall, green roof can reduce a considerable percentage of runoff.

    The physical identity in the urban areas can be considered as a concept which is influenced by the way of arranging the urban body. As a matter of fact, the appropriate coordination and the compatibility of physical components, such as the urban façades, can definitely facilitate the reorganization of the urban environment for being more identifiable; this issue is so obvious in the historical Iranian cities which have proper identities in their physical structures. Nowadays, the dominance of contradictory approaches and the absence of a convenient orientation have unfortunately produced inadequate urban façades and have annihilated the physical identity in Iranian cities. Also, the process of globalization and elimination of the cultural differences have greatly undermined the possibility of creating the traditional and contextual memories. In fact, the Iranian urban developments with the lack of comprehensive, endemic, and contextual plans and actions, increasingly decline the urban identity in any aspect and dimension. These types of flaws have specifically brought severe problems such as poor beauty, weak legibility, lack of unity, inappropriate physical integrity, etc., which eventually result in the non-identifiable and depersonalized urban bodies. Thereupon, this article needs some visual information which can intuitively assist to scrutinize the deterioration factors of the physical identity in the Iranian cities. Hence, by choosing the field study method is tried to reach some empirical investigation in order to collect the required visual information through photography. Moreover, at the end of this article is attempted to offer several solutions and arrangements for promoting the physical identity and also healing the depersonalization in Iranian cities.
