With the increasing interest in pedestrian detection, pedestrian datasets have also been the subject of research in the past decades. However, most existing datasets focus on a color hannel, while a thermal channel is helpful for detection even in a dark environment. With this in mind, we propose a multispectral pedestrian dataset which provides well aligned color-thermal image pairs, captured by beam splitter-based special hardware. The color-thermal dataset is as large as previous color-based datasets and provides dense annotations including temporal correspondences. With this dataset, we introduce multispectral ACF,which is an extension of aggregated channel features (ACF) to simultaneously handle color-thermal image pairs. Multispectral ACF reduces the average miss rate of ACF by 15%, and achieves another breakthrough in the pedestrian detection task.

One of the problems in different countries including Iran is pledge Conversion and this leads to the loss of people. If this process is not resolved via trust and negotiation, two parties refer to legal courts and this increases the legal cases and costly operation, legal procedure , different social problems, property loss that are sold by paltry price in the bids and this is not compensated sometimes. This study evaluates promise fulfillment from jurisprudence and legal aspects and its effect is explained in the sustainable development of Islamic community. in this paper is the first study of nature Thdrvshn and legal jurisprudence and comparative Bamtalh Finally, its pathology explained.

Nanotechnology and material production in Nanometric dimensions is a fascinating subject for research that in recent decades has attracted the attention of many. Nanocomposites as a branch of the new technology have great importance. As a compliment; nanocomposites are Composites that at least one of the components of the sample size is in the range of nm100-1 and includes three categories of polymer, ceramic and metal. In nanocomposites materials broadcast Component that in the form of fibers, flat fine particles or even holes and cracks and..... are in the nanoscale dimensions that is yclept the second phase or reinforcing phase. As well as the continuous component that can be Nanometric dimensions or higher is yclept the Foundation phase. The Foundation phase is a soft phase with good ductility and formability of heat transfer that the hard phase amplifier that has a low thermal expansion coefficient and high hardness in its place. Amplifier phase can be continuous or discontinuous. According to the Foundation phase composites can be a polymer, ceramic, metal.

Predict the behavior of rock underground mining and surface mining
is of great importance for safe operation. The recorded changes in the deflection,
stress and strain in rocks, the most common way to study and predict the behavior
of ore in mining operations are tunnel study located in Ardabil-sarcham road joint
towards the south west and the results of measurements in boreholes rock quality
index in terms of quality, ranging from very weak to weak (RQD ≤50) and
sometimes as good 50 ≤ RQD ≤ 75 According to a survey conducted joint Core
obtained from exploration and perceptions found that 27% of the zone of intense
alteration split, 20% jointed zone, there have been 4%fragmentary zone 25% joint
    angle between 1 ° and 30 ° (approximate horizontal), 65% between 30 to 70
degree angle (miles), 9% between 71 to 89 degrees (almost vertical), 1% of the
vertical joints, joint humidity are zero, opening the mouth of the joints in this
category 90 up to 200 mm in places altered quartz fine- grained steel industry is
seen soaked earth minerals, rough and irregular joint surface and the waves are.

One of the most important problems in most buildings can be seen, the
presence of moisture and atmospheric precipitation which control this problem
through floors in contact with ground floor or roof exposed to rainfall of course
final Hence the proper moisture insulation of buildings as insulation from
moisture, surface (walls, roof, floor, etc.) by one or more layers of insulating
material to prevent the penetration of moisture into it of course, there are different
ways to insulate the building is most common in Iran, insulated by,tarpaulin
materials and manufacturing technology.in modern buildings, the insulation The
water used is very diverse, durability and reliability and more stable, consistent,
and less environmental pollution. For traditional base materials are tar.

Day by day the number of patients in the world is increasing due to personal and social problems. One of patient's difficulties and concerns is the preservation and punctual taking of their medication according to the doctor's prescription. At the moment, the medication bags available in the world have not fully satisfied medicine takers. In this article, how the smart medication bag is designed and made will be expressed. There are places for six sheets of pills and a syrup embedded in the standard samples. Instead of the syrup it is possible to put a drop, an ampule or an ointment with different sizes which can be adjusted. This smart electronic bag contains a GPS (the Global Positioning System) for certain patients. Using this bag for punctual taking of medication can appropriately help patients reach drug effectiveness in a short-term period, highlighting of the patient-physician communication, reducing of the patient's and related systems medical expenses and also solve the problem of drug shortages in the whole society.

In this study, based on Pascal’s law to attain the force more than surrounded
liquids in hydraulic elevators, can push components into combustion chamber instead
of turbo pump by using a simple mechanism and pressure imposition. Since turbo pump
and its accessories like sub combustion chamber – pipe lines, and turbine and so on
that cause energy waste are deleted, it results in performance output as well as motor
energetic increase. At the beginning of the discussion, because of information and
statistics availability for Russian RD-253and French HM-7B motors, the results of
energetic output were investigated and are the main topic of his paper (Pascal’s law) to
    obtain the difference.
In general, the topic of this study includes two types of propellant motors which are:1- motors with turbo pump, 2- systems under the gas pressure. The third one is like
type two and the difference is that upper stream pressure is obtained using the pressure
of surrounded liquids instead of he pressure of gas.

A new bivariate beta distribution capable of providing better than all its competitiors is introduced. Varius representations are derived for its prouct moments, marginal densities, marginal moments, conditional densities and conditional moments. The method of maximum likelihood is used to derive the associated estimation procedure. Applications to six bivariate data sets are illustrated.
