Some times, they will be happen according to creation of different forms of pollution in various elements and dimensions of environment and ecosystem, and some time they will be happened based on different kinds of demolish and destruction in this domain. But the environmental crimes which have been resulting from pollution are more than demolish and deconstruction.Regardless of the fact that the said double base covers its general concepts and specifications. The relevant sub crimes will have the separated concepts and specifications.The said sub crimes shall be studied separately while analysis of the said crimes. In this Article second base will be studied.
