The Relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Customer Relationship Management and Organizational Performance of Food Production and Distribution

The purpose of current study is identifying relationship between organizational citizenship behavior, customer relationship management and organizational performance of food production and distribution firms in Kurdistan province. For access to these aim 220 costumers and 70 people from staff of 12 active firms in filed of produce and distribute of food material from Kurdistan province comps industry are selected as sample. Current study based of goals is applied study and based of gathering data is descriptive and correlation study. For gathering of data is used of questioner tool. The results of this paper is indicated that organizational citizenship behavior have not direct impact on performance of food production and distribution Firms in Kurdistan province but for complete its effect need to new marketing methodology like CRM. In the other hand organizational citizenship behavior in through of customer relationship management create connection with to customer satisfaction and productivity as two key factor of performance.
