Abstract:
Understanding and Interpretations of Freed Haliday about capabilities and challenges of Middle Eastern countries, especially Iran and Israel is the main point of this article. The Authors argues that in Haliday’s idea Middle East countries in themselves development have had four obstacles: Imperialistic interventions, suppression, productivity style and inattention to human dignity.
