Analysis of Supervisor Engineer's Performance in View Point of Wheat - Cultivators of Ahwaz Villages

More than four milling stakeholders work in agricultural sector of the country. To improve quality and quantity of performance in this economic sector and also to employ agricultural graduates. with regard to privatization strategy، the government has established a supervisor engineers project by the engineering organization system and natural resources organization in various regions of the country. The purpose of this research was factor analysis of supervisor engineer’s performance in view point of wheat cultivators of Ahwaz villages in 2008-2009. Supervisor engineers project covered the statistic society of wheat –cultivators research (wheat) that 200 of them were chosed and studied according to an appropriate classifying method. In general supervisor engineers performance was identified in 21 tasks and chosed after gathering information and in order to the factor analysis by bartlet test and adequacy of the case (KMO). factor results showed that 16 cases our of 21 were introduced and 5 factor، involves: cultivation، technical، management and extension that performance of supervisor engineers farmer’s viewpoint only in tow factors crop managment and extensional were in average level and slightly more and in the other factors it was lower than average level and was low.
