The Effect of Training Management Quality Improvement on the Promotional Motivation of Mangers at Ministry of Education

Abstract:
This study investigated the effect of training management quality improvement on the promotional motivation of education managers. The research method employed quasi – experimental pretest – post test with a control group. The sample included 40 secondary school principals in Ahwaz who were selected randomly and were divided into an experimental and a control group. Both groups were tested by a questionnaire on self-description chizli,s. The experimental group was the dependent variable (training quality management characteristics) for 12 week, each week on 45- minute session. A posttest was administered to both groups. One way Covariance was employed to analyze the data at a significant level set at p≤0.05. The results revealed that instruction management quality improvement had positive effect on the Promotional Motivation of Mangers.
