Analyzing the Impact of Organizational Justice on Task and Contextual Performance among Agricultural Extension Experts

The present study intended to investigate how organizational justice relates to dimensions of job performance. Hereby, it is strived to address the impact of organizational justice on task as well as contextual performance among agricultural extension experts. Sampling 180 agricultural extension experts, working in the Kerman Province, as statistical population; 123 cases were determined using both Krejcie and Morgan’s Table and proportional stratified random sampling method of sample size. Data were collected using a questionnaire developed for the study. Validity of the questionnaire was approved by panel of experts. In order to masure the reliability of questionnaire, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was calculated. Data were analyzed by applying SPSSwin20 and LISREL8.5. Results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship among all components of organizational justice (distributive justice, procedural justice and interactive justice) and task along with contextual performance among extension experts (P <0.01). Furthermore, results related to structural equation modeling (SEM) showed that organizational justice can explain 36% and 26% of variations of extension experts’ task and contextual performance respectively.
