The Sustainable Security from viewpoint of the Supreme Leader of Islamic Republic of Iran

There are different definitions and perceptions about sustainable security in the various cultures and countries. Some has considered sustainable security as a mix of national security and human security and some also has considered it as the world economic development as well as more welfare، protection of civilians and development in the international level. Furthermore، there are different perceptions towards this concept in the Iran’s country. Some has designate sustainable security against the brittle and fragile security and believe that security will be sustainable، if it is founded by social and political institutions and preserved police. And meantime، some has considered sustainable security as public security. The purpose of this article is reviewing viewpoint of the supreme leader regarding sustainable security. This article is of content analysis method whose record unit is sentence and its analysis level is paragraph. The article’s statistical universe is the Supreme Leader’s all speeches، statements and messages from 1368 to 1390 wholly. Eventually، the result was that in viewpoint of the Supreme Leader، sustainable security is a comprehensive one، as well as its custodians are military and judicial organizations، other organizations and even the people and furthermore، it embraces all individuals of society.
