TA Religious Democracy and Sustainable Security;Foundations and Legal Strategies

The one of the most important political system’s duties and functions is to provide security، that none of sovereignties’ plannings and actions won’t be useful and effective or at least sustainable without it. So security as a public right has been emphasized in the credible texts and documents of international law، including article 22 universal declaration of human rights and article 9 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. On the other hand، influence and direct role of public security in ensuringnational security is too obvious to clarify and emphasize. Referring to Jurisprudence and legal sources shows that in the system of religious (Islamic) democracy: 1 – The enjoyment of security is a universal decisive right. 2 – The government’s duty is to create and protect of public security. 3 - The toughest penalty is considered for insecurity factors in the criminal laws and criminal policy of Islam and Iran، regardless motivations of these actions (political and economic motivations and others). All tolerance، discrimination and delay are forbidden in the process of implementing punishment. But even criminals also are of the judicial justice and security; i. e.، although they reward your actions، but are confident nobody threaten their life، property، dependents without a fair procedure. They are of all the rights of an accused person and can argue for defending themselves. 4 – Preparation of security observes as a religious obligation and action; namely، just as saboteurs of security are rejected and condemned، order and security officers and agents will be popular.. 5 - Security has a broader concept than the West understands..
