Safety and Occupational Health Risk Management in construction phase of oil field and presenting Management strategies improve (Case study construction phase of platform's Reheat oil field)

Abstract:
With the growth of industries and technologies has increased risks and hazard in the industries significantly. In recent decades terrible disasters such as Bohal in India.. . has doubled importance of identification health and safety hazards. An occupational health and safety risk management system can help organization، eliminate or minimized risks related with health and safety issues. Current research was undertaken in order to reduce safety and health risks and improve the system in the construction phase of platforms for Reshadat oil field. For the purpose of this study، identify activities on the site completely by using site visit then were listed in JHA worksheets، according to procedure published by OSHA. After that risk priority number were calculated by using three risk factors (include priority، detection and severity) and listed in FM & EA worksheets. By using this method low risks were 62. 7%، middle risks were 31. 6% and high risks were 5. 7%. After presenting corrective action low risks 30. 6% has increased، moderate risks and high risks has decreased respectively 72% and 53%.
