Information Technology and the World Leadership

In this research we try to answer the basic question on what challenges the world information technology management should face; and for an optimized IT management what solutions can be offered to face those challenges based on the world globalization.The goal of this research is to develop a model for the information technology management in the country, in order to have a better presence and influence in a unified world. Our research method is mainly descriptive and base on some limited field surveys. Our statistical samples include 44 subject matter experts including university professors, Mobin Net Inc, the national center for globalization, and the Tehran internet users. In this method we use field survey data and also some library resources as well as statistical software tools such as Mat Lab for the calculation of different metrics. Finally, the quantitative model for the IT management in the country will be proposed.
