Assessment of rural health level and Individual factors affecting it's in Maybod County- Yazd

Human health as a fundamental right and a valuable capital and asset is important to all levels and classes of society. Today، attitudes toward health and non - medicinal health determinants such as psychological، social، factors have widened and special attention has been paid to them. Attention to different aspects of health promotion has an important role in the sustainability of rural areas. This study aims to assess the level of rural health and individual factors (gender، age، education، Family size، marital status، income and occupational status) and is affecting it، on Maybod County located in Yazd province. Methods in this study، from purpose is applied and the method is Descriptive – analytical and correlation، Much of the data based on field studies and sampling (Cochran) to the six villages and 177 households in the sample is collected Using ANOVA tests، Fi Voices Kramer test to compare independent samples and Pearson correlation analysis was carried out. Our findings showed that the average level of health among villagers equals 3. 11 and the average economic، social، environmental and biomedical health equals 2. 3، 3. 15، 3. 75 and 3. 25 respectively and nearly 70% of the villagers have an average health level. Based on research findings، Individual characteristics that affect the health level of villagers، the only family size and marital status had no significant relationship with health، but between gender، age، education، income and occupational status، there was a significant correlation by the levels of rural health. The spatial distribution of health in the villages studied، the average health level of at least 14. 3 at Village Bafroueed up to 66. 3 at Bideh village varied
