Religiosity Patterns Among Students in Islamic Azad University (Firouzkooh Unit)

This article is an analytical discussion which puts forward a viewpoint on Religiosity patterns among students in Islamic Azad University (firouzkooh unit). Statistical community of the present survey included all students in Islamic Azad University (firouzkooh unit-academic year: 1390, 91). 370 persons are selected randomly and stratified using some sociological theories of religion and Glock and Stark model in six dimensions: conviction and beliefs, sacred rites, religious experiences and practice, inviolable things, consequences, religious knowledge. The results of the research are as follow:Religiosity state in conviction aspect is in a desirable level with average of 4.215.Religiosity state in sacred rites is in a desirable level with average of 4.17.Religiosity state in religious experiences and practice aspect is in middle and up level with average of 3.92.Religiosity state in inviolable things is in a middle level with average of 3.46.Religiosity state in religious consequences aspect is in a desired level with average of 4.03.And in religious knowledge is in a desired level with average of 4.2. The author of the article concludes Religiosity state among students in Islamic Azad University (firouzkooh unit) is in a desirable level.
