Investigation on factors affecting the performance of public observation center (System 197) of NAJA in promotes a sense of social security

Today, perceptions of security and the feeling of that, in addition to the absence of threat, favorable conditions for the realization of collective goals and desires are in mind. National police surveillance centers through attraction of public opinion and getting attitudes, values, visions and aspirations of the citizens of the community and expansion in interactions with the police accepted the responsibilities and social obligations in the field of social security and sense of security of the citizens and intimacy, commitment and mutual trust and constructive role plays. The present study aimed to investigate factors affecting the performance of the public Observation Center (System 197) in promoting citizen's sense of security is done. This research is a descriptive - analytical survey, the population is all citizens who have called this center since the beginning of 1391 until the end of September in 1392. Based on regression analysis, there is a strong positive relation between the independent variables from the centers of public administration; qualifications, protect the rights of citizens (accountability), corporate transparency and confidence-building with the dependent variable (social security) at a confidence level of 0.99. Linear regression correlation of condition combined with the social security is equivalent to 0.77. Proportion of the variance in social security contributions relative condition of the explanation is that the size 0.59. Operating weight capacity and efficiency of public administration institutions in explaining police, social security is more than the other factors included in the analysis.
