Introduction of Information Cloud Model as a Mechanism to Improve Iran Police Service Quality

Information products and resource increasingly expansion and diversity in web environment, weakness and inefficiency of some research engines in searching relevant information, the necessity of information scientific integrity and their logical analysis for detection of crime, dire need of users for standard patterns and models for research and precise and fast retrieval of information have created new challenges for police commanders and managers in organization and for controlling future crime and offenders and execution of their assigned missions. This article helps police using a mechanism named information cloud to have total dominance over crime evolution, guidance and control. This research in view of purpose and type is applicatory and in view of method and nature is analytical descriptive. Statistical population of this research is consisted of police commanders and information technology experts. Cochran's formula is used for sampling and the size was 127 persons. After information collection and analysis, alpha cronbach is used for test questionnaire reliability, its validity coefficient was 87%.the results of research regard the existent of information integrated system which is called police information cloud as the best strategy for police and it is very necessary for resolving current challenges and being emphasized, therefore using obtained data, information cloud optimized model for police is designed.
