Generally The countries who have ability, for regional and international power, attempts for global security norms, like as arms control and disarmament. This process shows that globalization and global Security depends on Economic, Ecologic, communicative and asymmetrical action. The process of power unitarily needs Cohesion, consolidation and security norms the forming of global security need common goals among the regional and international Actors. This process needs promotion of Security consolidation.
