Management on CellPhone Damage in School:Studying its Positive and Negative Effects

For several years, different series of technology and interpersonal communicate channels have access the youth. Cell phone is one of circumstances which change human’s life in early 20th century. Cell phone affected on individuals and social. The aim of this research is to study cell phone effects on education and training. The research population of this study is 750 students in north Khorasan province. Data analyzed by Friedman and T test. The results showed cell phone affected on students in north Khorasan province very much (positive & negative effects).
