Authentic Leadership, a Necessary Style in Universities Management (Case Study: Payame Noor Universities in Tehran & Alborz Provinces)

The present article attempts to analyze the authentic leadership as a necessary style in universities management. To maintain the proposed goal, the concept of authenticity is analyzed as the foundation of authentic leadership. The statistical community of the present research included 320 persons as the staff of payame noor universities in Tehran & alborz provinces Questionnaire and lisrel & spss soft wares. The results of the article indicate the importance of clear relationship, authentic manner, self consciousness and balance processing of information as four important aspects related to authentic leadership. The author of the research concludes the necessity of authentic leadership in university's management and gives some suggestions to develop authentic leadership in universities.
