Functions of the Cooperatives in Facilitating the Employment of Agricultural Female Graduates in Hamedan Township

The main purpose of this survey research was to identify the most important functions of the cooperatives toward creating jobs for female graduates of agriculture in Hamedan Township. A sample of 120 graduates was randomly selected. The questionnaire’s validity was verified by a panel of experts. Its reliability was acquired using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (0.94). Based on factor analysis the functions of the cooperatives facilitating the employment of female graduates classified into four factors named institutional and motivational capacity building, providing advisory and educational services, interacting with higher education institutions, and providing guidance and supporting services which explained 70.75 percent of variances.
