The Formation of Cultural Renaissance in Sassanid Government, the Influential Factors in Establishment and Development of Sciences and Knowledge in Sassanid Territory (Big Khorasan and Beyond the Oxus River)

The aim of the present paper is to investigate the influential factors in formation of cultural renaissance in Sassanid government. This research accomplished in historic method and its data performed by the use of library system and searching has been accomplished in references and note takings. The findings of research shows that the suitable field for exploring mental creativity is the main factor of the amplitude of the range of scientific and literary developments in Sassanid period and such a field itself is the production of fundamental factors that their presence in any period of time is the means of cultural equilibrium and brings about the promotion of the level of meditation and knowledge. Policy and governorship, wisdom and humanity, the overvaulting of Sassanid emirs into the knowledge and science, culture and reviving the Persian language, the presence of scientific and Philomath emirs and governors and ministers, the presence of expanded centers of training and education in big cities of Khorasan, artistic advancements, book endowment and dedicatory book libraries, liberality and open mindedness of Sassanid emirs and negligence to various nations and religions caused in their courts the followers of different faiths and religions to survive and work freely and nobody in the period of Sassanid suffered difficulties and hardships which appeared in the periods of Ghaznavid and Seljukian. The gentle manner and the special weltanschauung of these dynasty and their public courtesy to poets and the religious authorities and scientists had been caused that the territory of their government to be the main center of knowledge and Persian culture and different sciences and arts and also the base of the men of science and civility and artists of different occupations such as; pottery, metalworking and vessels making, stucco working, plaster mounding and stone carving. Which all of these are of the influential factors in establishing and expansion of the science and knowledge in Sassanid territory and the scientific environment reputation of Sassanid caused the migration of some scientists to their realm.
