The relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational commitment in Lorestan University of Medical Sciences staff

organizational intelligence causes the organization to be as an alive creature and also increasing the role of staff in making decisions will increase their commitment to the organization. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational intelligence in Lorestan University of Medical Sciences staff in 2012. This was a descriptive –correlation study. The sample included 155 subjects 35 women and 120 men from the staff of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences in 1391who were selected by using randomized sampling. Data were collected by standardized questionnaires: organizational intelligence Albrecht)2002), and organizational commitment, Meyer and Allen (1991). Data were analyzed by using Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression. A significant positive relationship was gained between organizational intelligence and organizational commitment There was also a positive significant relationship between various dimensions of organizational intelligence (strategic vision, common fate, spirit, desire for change, unity and agreement, application of knowledge and performance pressure) with each other) p <0.001(. By increasing organizational intelligence, organizational commitment will increase, so individuals committed to the organization's values and goals and have a more active role in the work environment and would be less likely to leave organizations are attempting to find new jobs. So we recommend to investigate the strength and weaknesses of each part of an organization and making a good situation for accepting new ideas and trying to solve them
