Analyzing the Effect of Students Publications on Developing the Cultural Identity of Qom University Students

This article intends to analyze the effect of student's publications on developing the cultural identity of Qom university students. Therefore the main variables of cultural identity which are analyzed are religious believes, values, norms, language, cultural heritage and art. The method of the survey is correlation and structural trading model. The statistical community of the research included university students of Qom state universities (22099 persons) and 384 persons were selected random-stratified as the sample of the research in accordance with Cochran formula. Data collection is through questionnaire based on a 5-point LIKERT with three divisions: demographic information, cultural identity and students publications. data analysis included: 1-descriptive statistics like frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation.2- interential level using LISREL software. The results of the study indicate the rate of multiplier effects of contents of student publications on the cultural identity of Qom university students is. /80 and the rate of multiplier effects of contents of student publications included religious believes 0/70, values0/95, norms0/90, language and cultural heritage0/80 and art0/79. the rate of multiplier effects in the area of notification was 0/62 and in cultural area 0/73 The author of the article concludes student publications have the high potentiality to influence on the cultural identity of students based on developing values, religious beliefs and cultural heritage.
