This article outlines one of the qualitative research methods with the philosophical and interpretive approach.is going to consider its application in entrepreneurship studies.Phenomenology as a one of most popular rational traditions that affect other qualitative ways and also as a research methodology in the field of entrepreneurship has the frequency of use.This method has countless features in philosophical and methodology viewpoint, which including it are: attend to scientism which its philosophical consequence is positivism, attend to species of the basic structures of experience; the emphasis on the importance of being in the world.This approach involves a series of interpretative techniques which seeks to describe, decode and experience.One of the identifying factors is that specified in the "exploration field" to "justify field".Though the method of phenomenology research is very difficult and complex and it require to detailed knowledge of the uses, the process and the required items to do it and its doing not recommended to the novice researchers, however it can be used during it's process as an utility in entrepreneur studies.
