A research on the concept of Estehbab and rejecting the validity of Estehbab type 3

The main stream view is that Estehbab type 3 is not valid. What we can know from the giants of rationalist thinkers in Shia jurisprudence is that this kind of Estehbab is more a philosophical and logical discussion than a common sense discussion. But in Estehbab just like the other religious issues the common sense plays an important role. What we can understand from common sense in Estehbab type 3 is that if we don’t have an outside member there will be no collection and when there is no collection there will be no outside member, so one of the important constituents of Estehbab is absent and there will be no Estehbab.
