The inheritance of wife from the husband's properties after his heath if she is the only inheritor

In this essay, the amount quotation which a wife can take after the death of his husband when he is the only inheritor is discussed. In most cases that there are only one inheritor, the whole property goes to the one that is left. But there are some disagreements between the jurists when the only survivor of the family is the wife. There are three main views among Imamiya jurists. Some of them believe that a quarter of the property is the determined quotation for her but she can inherit the other also. The second group believe that the wife can only inherit her quotation and the rest is not hers. The third group claim that if the infallible imam is present we can give the extra property to Him and if the infallible imam is not at hand we can give all of the property to the wife. The writer of this essay believe that the wife can inherit only her quotation which is mentioned in the holy Quran and the rest of the property goes to the jurisprudents since they are the successors of the infallible imams.
