Evaluation Economical and Technical Loan Applicant Plan Using Fuzzy Analytic Network Process

Deciding is the most important issue of organizations، in lending processes. One of the most important elements in resource allocation success of the banks is selecting a reliable and law risk project. But because of such reasons like changeable economic situations، unknown elements which have effect on project success and neglecting these effective elements، selecting the project face a lot of problems. In the other hand، in order to this problem that paying the loan is a long process and there is probability of human wrongs، so using a decision support systems which can analysis the information and confirm a fast deciding with law error percent is essential. Utilization of these decision support systems causes suppleness and easy lending، and also these systems help experts to select the best project. In this research، first we should recognize the criteria which have effect on evaluation loan appliance plans and analysis them، then a model for evaluating of a plans will be proposed. We use proficiency of credits experts in the all stages of the model designing. We used FANP technique in evaluation section. In evaluation section، with using from poll forms، paired comparisons matrix and fuzzy analysis network process، the weights of criteria are determined. Finally، the results of evaluation are obtained by determination of the value of each criterion.
