Surveying Effective Factors on Good Smuggling Detection

Abstract:
Recently, goods smuggling is one of the main factors which creates economic loss and factories insolvent. In recent years, it is controlled to some extent but we observe its consequences. This research surveys the factors influencing its detection in 1389 in Yazd to identify good smuggling and factors influencing its detection, representing suitable pattern and strategies.It is a functional- measurement considering aim and method. Statistical society comprises from two groups. First group was used to measure sufficient situation of factors influencing its detection considering 51 experts point of view, the second group was used to measure existing situations of factors influencing smuggling detection considering 747 juridical cases of good smuggling in Yazd. Questionnaire was used to gather data. The findings show that there is a gap between two mentioned situations so that, in existing situation, the human factor has higher priority, but in sufficient situation the information or intelligence operation has more priority. Also, it shows that in first situation, the extent of technical equipments usage is more than existing situation.
